Disappointed. Will not be back and do not recommend. We had a late check in and were looking for food. You would think the front desk staff would inform their guests who are asking about food that the bar next door serves a late night menu until 1am. But no.The bed was also hard and uncomfortable with tiny pillows that seem to be smaller than your standard size pillow. The bedsheets didnt even fit the bed properly; theyre too small for the mattress size. The free breakfast is really horrible. There is variety but it was all bad. The killer was that google and priceline show that this hotel has a pool which i wanted. But apparently the hotel hasnt had a pool since precovid. The hotel isnt worth the price even with the discount from priceline. Only gave it 2 stars because it was clean and close to where i needed to be.

A nice and clean place. Friendly staff. Good night sleep. Reasonable breakfast options. A good free parking space for the guests. Jana is very nice and cooperative receptionist. Other staff members are also very helpful and welcoming.

Food was in my pull out bed, and there was 2 pairs of dirty men’s underwear, sink leaked, stains on comforter, outlets by bed didn’t work. Overall I would not come back to this hotel

Amazing location, superb staff and great atmosphere and rooms
Rooms: Spacious rooms and very confortable
Nearby activities: Close to many important places: restaurants, shopping, GYM
Food and drinks: Great daily breakfast

Found cockroaches, made staff aware, even gave them one in a napkin to confirm our findings and no one cared. No need to go into other details about our experience I feel this says enough.

When we arrived at the hotel we were not told the pool was closed. We booked the hotel because they had an indoor pool. There was no communication from the manager and the manager refused to give us a credit since we could not have access to the pool. The costs & taxes for the hotel include service fees for the pool which we are charged for and could not use.

Very bad smell in the room certainly because of the carpet which never had to be cleaned. Big problem with breakfast, from 9pm there was almost nothing left to eat. In the end the price seems very high considering the services.
