I would not recomment Lillian Gonzalez. In the case I was involved with, she overlooked important IRS regulations and appeared to demonstrate a lack of transparency. Precise documentation is essential when providing professional guidance and this was not adequately met. Given the issues I encountered, I would advixe against using her services.

Highly recommend - customer service is impeccable. I sent an email in with a question about services and cost. Next business day I received a personal phone call back. The experience and professionalism came through the phone call The office prioritizes customer contact: everything was explained clearly and succinctly. I ended up not signing up with them this year due to my situation but will be signing up with them in the future.

My CPA! Lilian and her staff are FantaBulous! Simply the best. Respectful, cherry, concise, knowledgeable, punctual, multi-language, and very reliable. Even on the most nerve racking season, tax season, they keep their cool, and ensure the process goes smoothly. I recommend them 100%. In tax season, I maintain my mental sanity thanks to Gonzalez & Assoc.

2021 was our first Tax year with the Gonzalez Team and they do not disappoint. They are warm and welcoming and make sure that personal human interaction is a part of their process. Our tax advisor team was smart, very much on top of their game , professional and proactive. They have great quality control checkpoints along the way. This team has remarkable leadership and it shows. Lillian Gonzalez is an exceptional leader with unmatched integrity, knowledge and grit and she has built an amazing team. Thanks to Charlie, Mark. I highly recommend Gonzalez & Associates. I first began working with them years ago when with a prior employer and have been working with them for the past seven years since starting my own business. Not only do they do a great job on all tax related filings and issues, but they also keep their clients apprised of financial developments that may be relevant to both business and/or personal needs and goals. As a first time business owner, I had a lot of questions with regard to where to start with the right foot. Lilian's group was referred to me by another accountant. She followed up with me right away and answered all my concerns and questions. A couple weeks later, Laura followed up with me again and guide me through book keeping and answered more questions. Then Ana did a check as soon as I shared my Quickbooks with her. My impression on Gonzalez's team is that they are competent and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services.

I have been doing business with Lillian Gonzalez for almost 25 years. I have used her firm for non-profit accounting services when I was executive director of the National Spinal Cord Injury Association, as well as for my personal needs. In fact, even though I do not live in Massachusetts anymore, I still use Gonzalez & Associates to do my taxes and for any tax and/ or financial advice that I need.
