Bought a new Xbox controller during the summer. It is now December and having issue with analog. I have extended warranty for a year on the controller. I'm told by the storm manager Anna And you associate ryan that I can no longer exchange my controller for another new one I need to exchange it for a refurbished one And if they do not have the same exact controller in stock. I need to wait for them to receive one.No in previous years when when this problem occurred. I'm needing to exchange controllers. They would give you one of the same price. However, this was not the case today, very poor customer service. They stated that gamestop change their warranty plan.

I like this location. Small, neat store and friendly staff. Very convenient to get any new released games, (or pick up pre orders), for me anyway. But Walmart is always typically $10 cheaper.

The Stoughton Gamestop never picks up their phone but everytime I walk in, theres always 1 employee standing behind the desk with no customers. So I dont get it.

I go to this place all the time and the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable, but it's hit or miss as far as how busy it's going to get inside of a tiny store such as this. Some days you can spend 10-15 minutes in line or the line can be out the door if there's a big game that's just been released or a new console or something. It makes it so that I don't want to bother.
