Sure this place is a bit busy with furniture all over but there’s something there for everyone. I got a good deal on a mattress today and I had gone to several other stores before coming here and here had the best deal. Joel the owner is a sweetheart and tries to give you the best deal. He’s 91 and looks amazing for his age and running a good decent honest business. Their guy DJ is awesome too that helped load my mattress. Forgot the lady name that helped me but she was very helpful as well. I’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I went in looking for furniture and it wasn't long before we realized it's not a store that sells furniture... No one comes over to help, no real inventory, no foot traffic at all, outdated and supper sketchy!

I went in with low expectations because of how bad some of the reviews are. But wow was I amazed just how unprofessional and rude this business is. I spent about 30 minutes in there looking around and no one had approached or even really acknowledged my presence in their store. I was interested in a couple couches so I tried to approach one of the 3 people who were chatting about plumbing issues, at the front of the store. I made eye contact with one of them and said hi and I was blatantly ignored. I stood there for a second to see if anyone would acknowledge me and no one did so I just walked out. Kind of felt like I was inconveniencing them honestly. I would not recommend wasting your time here.

Don’t ever purchase anything from this store. The guy is very unprofessional and u wait months to get your furniture. The owner has no class very rude and business is very unorganized. Furniture is very cheap not what you think it is. This was one of the worst experiences I have encountered

Furniture was subpar. The couch appears to be made of cheap vinyl. The owner of the place Joel was no help at all and very rude. The only redeeming part of my experience was the delivery. I had a very nice guy named DJ bring in my Furniture. He was extremely nice and helpful. Maybe if he hired more people like DJ the place would be run better.

Don't buy furniture here. Cheap quality!! I bought this couch from furniture decor 2 years ago and this is the damage after 2 years. This is from normal sitting. Not abused. Don't waste your money here.

Our experience with this place was hectic & I wish I had read reviews before we ordered anything from them. We ordered a sectional and a bedroom set. Our saleswoman was the daughter of the owner and she was ok but made a few unprofessional remarks during our time with her. She sold us the sectional and bedroom set (2 nightstands, bedframe, and a dresser) we wanted and told us it would probably arrive by Thursday the following week. On Tuesday, I called to find out what time to expect them since I never got a clear answer on the delivery date. The owner of the shop told me they would get there on Thursday, which was fine with me. Thursday, the delivery guys showed up... with the wrong sectional... no dresser... and missing 1 nightstand but instead brought a chest. The delivery guys called the owner & he accepted their mistake and took the couch back since it was completely different and smaller than what we had chosen. They said they will leave the chest until the dresser would be delivered and they were still searching the warehouse for the other nightstand. The delivery guys went on their way and told us they would be back in the morning with my sectional. Friday came and went and the couch was not delivered until Saturday, without a dresser or nightstand. We called the store again and was told by the owner, again, that they were still looking for the dresser and nightstand in the warehouse. At this point I gave them time to look... 2 weeks to be exact and was never contacted by the owner. I gave them a call on the 3rd week and the owner told me he was still looking for them and that he would order it for me if they didnt find it over the weekend. The weekend passed and I didnt hear from them. I contacted him once again on Tuesday asking for a refund and he said it would be difficult but possible since his guys have to come and pick up the chest they gave us. At that point we decided to just return the chest and nightstand ourself and get a refund for the dresser as well. We got our refund and ordered the dresser and nightstand from Wayfair which arrived within a week :) Use caution when ordering form these guys or just get a UHaul and deliver everything yourself.

I bought a sectional and when I was assembllingThe legs I noticed some metal protruding from underneath .so I called them back.they said no problem they will replace it the next day.i wait all day and no one came.Called them back And this time I spoke to the owner and he told me that I will be the 1st person in the morning the next day to get the delivery. And again no showI'm still waiting today for the delivery guyThat was supposed to be here hours ago.The owner lied to me several timesI will never shop there againEver

Lisa made the process of finding a mattress right for me incredibly easy. She assisted me in financing it at little interest for 3 months which can be a hassle but not here. Great customer service and a small business that values their customers more than the big outfitters *cough* bobs furniture *cough*. I will definitely be back.

This guy is very rude and Insulting Aka the owner Joel. I’m done shopping here and honestly Jordans furniture has better quality furniture. Furniture Decor is unorganized, somethings don’t have prices and when you ask for the price, it seems like he just make it up as he goes. The customer service is very rude and very disappointing. I will never spend my hard Earned money at this place again! He was making a joke about how brilliant his customer’s were basically calling us d**** Well Joel you don’t have to worry about that anymore because I’m not your customer anymore

Courteous attention, not at all pushy sales team. They give you time to meander about & sit in the store samples & come immediately when you do want sales help. Unlike any comparable furniture store with pushy or absent personnel. Old fashioned attention. Will be back again.
