Stopped in for milk… all the half gallon bottles were expired, some as far back as June 18th and I noticed mold all over the shelving the milk was on too, Where the hell is the management? There gonna get people sick.

I went to the store tonight to ask the associate Bernadine a question. I asked her to look behind the register in the drawer. You will most likely see a Assurance Wireless value card of $10. She was cold and couldn't be bothered said I never heard of it. I asked her to help me she wouldn't make the effort. She had a customer ahead they were talking awhile. I was waiting and no desire to speed her order and stop talking between them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Take my advice go to another store. It seems like all Family Dollar employees are miserable unhappy for some reason. Please consider going to another store. You will thank me I promise. The etiquette is horrible! Hope management and zone manager talks to her. If she's miserable in her attitude why does she work with the public. It's only rational customers will notice her personality?

Family Peso is what this store should be called. Nobody working can speak fluent English with the exception of maybe 1 associate. They have a guy on the register with no uniform or Family Dollar apparel on and only speaks Spanish. He had to call a supervisor on the phone to figure out how to operate the register. The staff seem to never do price changes. You’ll bring up an item that’s $4.00 on the tag and it rings up as $5.50 (just one example). It’s baffling to me that this store is still open and doesn’t get robbed on a daily basis. If you need cheap stuff, Dollar Tree is right next door and the staff are actually helpful.

I will never return to this location. Straight up treated me like some criminal! I was only browsing at items then grabbed what I came for, paid and left! I expect certain behaviors from white people. I never expected that considering its Latinas

Attendant closed the door With 24 minutes left to close the store in my face, I just wanted to pick up an item I needed. I will never enter this store again

As I'm reading the newest reviews they say pretty much what I'm on here to say.
Last night for example...
I was charged for 15 items when 13 were in my bag. I received dirty looks and it seems I'm the issue.
Also these items were priced at $1 but rang up as $2.15. Again me bringing this to there attention... starts and argument as I'm wrong or lying. This isn't the first time... I've had numerous problems when shopping there the prices on the shelves are different than when you are rung up. AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!

The person at the cashier charged me for 8 items while I only bought 7. I tried to tell and show her the mistake but she couldn’t understand. She didn’t understand English, I asked for the supervisor and she said that she was the supervisor and she was so rude. She kept on arguing with me until another customer showed her that she did really charge me for one of the items twice. Despite seeing her mistake she was still upset at me. That was so embarrassing. This business needs to hire people who understand a little bit of English and know how to talk to customers

Recently I've been to this particular store twice and I've always gotten rude treatment from the two females at the register the first time was an older Hispanic woman I believe she was,she was speaking another language to me but very harshly for no reason and the second time I went in there which was also recently the lady rang up my item pretty much sat it at the counter and I asked for a bag and she threw the bag at me on the counter I stood there just staring at her and she was also on the phone talking I stood there until she handed me the bag they need to train their workers

I come to this store all the time and it seems like nobody cares for the customers except Ariana and Michelle. They are always so helpful. Ariana just makes the store so much more lively with her music and personality. Michelle is an amazing person.

I went into this store on 4/3/23 to purchase the Shamrock Half and Half. The shelf price was $3.65. I went to the register and it rang up for $3.95. I told the sales clerk that the price is wrong and she could not speak english well or would she go look on the shelf to confirm what I was saying was true. I told her there was no sign on the shelf showing the $3.95 only $3.65 and by law she needed to honor that. She refused stating she could not. Her English was terrible as well and kept stating the manager was not here. How could you have staff working that their english is not good and no one working with them to help out in the store?This problem should be looked into.

Change your store hours on website. Every time Ingo to store the store is closed earlier than what is posted , also I have gone like middle of day and four or to be locked. If someone is using the bathroom facilities at least post a notice on door.

Disorganized! Management you should NOT have employees alone who cannot speak English. How frustrating for employee and customers who attempt to explain an error, price difference, charges etc. Also you need to honor your prices listed and $5 off on Saturdays for charges over $25 but doesn’t come off of the total with your phone # . Honor it.!! Been going to this store for years and have seen tremendous turnover. Since your renovations store has gone down hill. Any good family dollars out there that are clean and organized?? Sadly unsatisfied customer.

They never open on time today is 10/3/22 I've gone there 4 times today starting at 8am ,830am then 9am now 930am and the lights are on a line of people waiting to get in and everyone is unloading trucks out back screw the customers who needs them. BBB is next to find out what their deal is.if you can't open on time give up the retail space for another business who will.
