I went to Empire Loan in Stoughton looking to pawn my gold jewelry, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with good morning making me feel at ease. I put my jewelry on the counter and I told him I was looking for a loan , when he asked how much I needed, he told me straight up that all he needed was one piece of jewelry for the loan I was asking for… straight up on the strength honest business,,,, if I could recall his name correctly, Mark was the one who help me , I would recommend this place especially if it’s your first time at this pawn shop…..

I have never used this Location, only the one in Southend Boston. The customer service has been on point. Professional,knowledgeable, trust worthy, and the best of all alternative options to make payments on line is # 1 for me. And Mike G the manager on point response mtg the customers right where there at shows his customer service skills are at its finest and it seems like his associates are trained well
