They are the worst movers you could ever hire and they should be out of business. They were hired in July 2019 and we're supposed to be there 8:30am in Stoughton and they didn't show up until 3:30pm and they did a terrible job of packing. It was like a big race and they didn't care about what they broke or how they packed things. they have no respect for anyone's things. The men just threw things in boxes like it was a big race and they left half of the things in the apartment because they arrived late and the apartment building was closing. They should have been there on time and they should have cared. I would never recommend them.

Very poor customer service. Won't answer the phone. Won't call you back. Some woman name Holly hung up on me twice. Can you imagine, after just trying to get off a mailing list. What a sad statement about a company.

The movers moved what they did ok, but left items behind. But the most negative aspect was the complete mess they left behind both in the house I moved from and the house I moved to. Did not even bother to pick up the big Isaacs labeled plastic and put it back in the truck. I spent substantial time cleaning up after them.

Awful movers. At first they are all so nice with the estimate and setting up, then the day we moved there were 7 movers at our house, it took 2 days. Our things went to storage at Isaacs in Stoughton. What a bad decision we made. I notified them on 8/2/21 that we could take delivery on 8/21/21.They said the contract reads 3-14 days after notification. we didn't get our belongings until 9/6/21, after many emails and discussions with Ron and Zurina, it didn't matter.I notified them on 8/2/21and they could of cared less. Then on 9/6/21 2 movers show up with the semi full of our belongings. Oh my gosh we thought. Boxes were crushed , rubbermaid containers were cracked, furniture damaged, it was a mess. The movers go to leave and asked me if there was anything else, I thought they were joking, The Dining room table was upside down on the floor with no legs, the DR chairs were still apart, the patio furniture was all part still laying on the ground outside. They reassembled our beds ,tables ,chairs all wrong, they used the wrong hardware, we had to go and buy new hardware and reassemble everything ourselves. Everything was shakey and loose. and they busted or twin headboards. We have moved many times ourselves never had broken or damaged furniture and or items. We have had other movers who never broke and damaged our items. I have always taken the care and time to pack very securely, marked fragile and or heavy on boxes. The movers didn't care when I looked in the truck it was a disaster. Then when they were bringing things in they didn't care about heavy versus light vs fragile. What a waste of our money. We paid $17,766 to have some of our belongings damaged and ruined. Now I put in a insurance claim with them, waiting to hear about that. There are much better movers out there, do not use Isaacs.

A big thank you to Isaacs Moving and Storage for a 5 star move! I moved my daughter from ****** to ****** **. Isaacs picked everything up and helped wrap some of the odd shaped items. They were accurate in their delivery window and really took a lot of the stress out of a potentially stressful move. The delivery was ontime, professional and communicative. I felt the movers were polite, experienced and careful. Thanks ******* and Temo in ******. You guys were great!! It could not have been better.

Last year they moved me from Newton to Waltham and the experience was extremely pleasant. The movers were nice and helpful, and ensured that all of my furniture was handled with care. Thank you for the move!

Our move last week went very well! The sales representative was terrific, explaining the process and pricing and making sure all of our questions (1st time working with a moving company) were answered ahead of our move date. On the day of the move the Isaac's team were organized, professional and helpful. Per our prior conversation with the Isaac's representative, we had mostly everything boxed up and ready to go. We did however trust the movers with boxing some of the larger pieces, paintings and lamps. Everything was handled with the utmost care and intact upon arrival. The team finished prior to the estimated finish time and so we actually got that time taken off the bill. Isaac's Moving & Storage helped take a lot of the worry out of a stressful time, did a GREAT job and we are happy to recommend the company to friends and family going forward.

I chose to use Isaac's for my recent move from PA to MI mostly because I had used them for a complicated move about 4 years ago and they did a fabulous job. Unfortunately, my experience this time was the opposite of my initial experience. I had several quotes that were all similar in price so chose to go with Isaac's because of my positive experience with my previous move. I will say that the crew who actually came to pick up my belongings was efficient in wrapping my furniture and getting everything out of my apartment, though they did not have quite enough supplies with them and had to use some of my leftover packing supplies that I was planning on returning to UHaul for a refund. My biggest issue was with the communication from the sales consultant and my move consultant and basically everything after my belongings were picked up. I was initially given a 2 week window for when the expect my items and was told at the time of booking that I'd receive a narrower window as the pickup approached. I had an assigned move consultant who was consistently condescending in our conversations and difficult to get in touch with when I actually had questions. I wasn't given information on an estimated dropoff date within my 2 week window until less than 36 hours prior to the movers arriving and it was like pulling teeth to even get that! Then, I received an incredibly rude phone call two days before my scheduled dropoff (on the last day of my guaranteed two week window) telling me that my belongings would be several days late because trucks had to be rerouted due to COVID. The dropoff was now outside of the two week window guaranteed in my moving contract and they were not even a little bit apologetic! I had to stay for several extra days in a hotel and purchase multiple items that I wouldn't have had to if my belongings had arrived by the guaranteed time. I later found out from the crew who did my dropoff that my belongings had been sitting in PA since they were picked up, rather than on a truck that had had a route change, so the explanation I was given over the phone was complete BS. One of my boxes that I had packed carefully had clearly been dropped and the two fragile (and highly sentimental) items in it were broken in multiple pieces. They have now been "reviewing internally" for almost 2 weeks with no answer. Clearly a lot has changed with Isaacs since I used them 4 years ago and I would recommend against using them if you want to have a well-timed move and clear communication.

I recently moved from Revere to Methuen. Hesitant on selecting a moving company vs. friends/family. I chose to go with professional movers. I chose Issac's Moving & Storage from Stoughton. From the first phone call to the last item placed in my new home, Isaac's staff was very professional, experienced and accommodating. Faina Amaral, @ Isaac's was very professional and knowledgeable which made me feel at ease with my choice. Faina set up an appt to have Alan Elliott come to my old address for a walk-through. Alan was also, very professional and experienced in the moving business. Great credentials. Moving Day! 3 gentlemen showed up on time with all the supplies to get me moved. They wrapped EVERYTHING!!! Friends and family wouldn't have done that. They packed the truck and were on their way to my new location. They unpacked, unwrapped and placed all my belongings in their new place. Once they were finished we did a walk through and my new home looked inviting and HOME. It seemed like all my personal stuff was picked up from one location and perfectly placed in my new home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Isaac's Moving and Storage for any service big or small. You can't go wrong. Thank you

I used Isaac's 2x in the past year and a half. The first move that Isaac's did was my condo and my daughter's house all moving to a new house on the same day. First, Nicole in the office was so helpful with all of the arrangements so that we were moved at the same time. Second, all of the guys gave great care to our belongings so that nothing got damaged. They were quick, courteous and efficient. Then, life happens and I bought a condo and had to move again. Same thing, I knew that they would be great. On time and they worked hard getting everything done the way I wanted it. I am hoping that I will not be moving for a long time, but anyone should be happy to use Isaac's for their move.

It has taken me a few weeks to survive the fall-out caused by Isaac's decision to suddenly cancel my move from a 5-bedroom home the day preceding the scheduled move. This was a company that I used 22 years ago to move INTO the old Victorian. I found that they did a very good job and recommended them throughout the years. I am still dealing with the trauma, as well as financial and other damage, resulting from this unannounced, inexplicable and unilateral decision due to "overbooking." I met with someone at my home for over an hour in October to walk through everything. I interviewed and met with other companies. Isaac's quoted the lowest cost but now I see clearly exactly why. I booked them over 2 weeks before the move (they told me that was fine given that I was moving over the Christmas holiday which is quiet). They called twice to confirm the move. While I was closing my mortgage loan, a day before the move, they cancelled. I am reporting them truthfully and appropriately at each and every outlet and agency that applies. I caution them that if they reply to do so FACTUALLY. I am watching all. NEVER use this company unless you want to move it yourself. HORRIBLE and fraudulent. I was lucky to get Larkin's Moving to help me out on less than 24 hour notice with appreciated help from my broker.
