5 stars for Brandon having integrity! My husband dropped his wallet in there tonight and didn't even realize, Brandon contacted my husband on FB to tell him he found his wallet in the store. My husband went back and got his wallet.Thanks Brandon!

I have been a customer here for a long time. I have been visiting here every weekend. I came today to buy some coffee and muffins, however the total price is not what I usually pay for. So I asked Mike to adjust the price, however he adjusted the price one of the promotions only but I let it slide. After that when he was making my order, he made racist remarks about Chinese. I'm Asian, but I'm not Chinese but this feels like he was making these remarks towards me. This is very racist and disrespectful. I would love to get in touch with the manager to talk about this issue.

Customer service is not the priority there. 3 cashiers on the counter. 1 waiting on customers, 1 on their cellphone and 1 counting out their drawer. 3 registers available. Line was curved to the back of the store. Coffee and fountain drink area was a complete mess. Employees didn’t want to be there and we could all tell.

When you have staff who screams at you like Vickie Lee and then gets mad when someone's responds back to there awful additude because they don't stock a store right or know how to politely handle humans you realize this store only will be going downhill from here..do better Vickie Lee your customer service is awful and your I don't care personality is horrible

Messy store plagued by bad management and constantly rotating employees due to the fact nobody wants to work there. District and regional management seem not to care about this location too much. Mobil and Prestige are much better and is right down the street I would just go there.

It is 9:02 eastern time and this station is closed. I couldn’t even pay for gas with my car. This chain is supposed to be open 24/hr why is it closed?

I've been to this Cumberland Farms before and it is a clean well organized yet overpriced store but tonight I was told that my $.99 candy bar was $1.79! When I said It was priced at $.99, the woman behind the counter said "It is but there is $.79 cents tax"I said that's impossible,she replied, "no that's the right price,Sorry" I didn't buy the candy bar.
