This is the worst branch of this bank I have ever experienced. The customer service is awful and the availability of bankers is nonexistent!

Kudos to Kamryn at the Sharo, MA Location. Above and beyond service, including dropping off a document to my mailbox when i could not get to the branch directly. I have found this branch to be well serviced by it's staff.

Citizens Bank is a place I've been going to for many years now. Some branches are fantabulous, and others just aren't. This one has one great feature that very few actually still do. A drive thru. Even though I love Citizens, basically every Santander Bank I go by has a drive thru, and Citizens just frequently don't. Besides my local Citizens location (in Dedham), this is the only other drive thru location I know of. How easy to get in and out, and get done the transactions I need in a timely manner. Women who work the drive thru are friendly, kind, and helpful, and seem to know exactly how to keep the line moving. For a plus, this specific Citizens has a double drive thru, so more than one car can go in and out. Service is fast and they are located way back on Sharon Street, which not many people know about. They recently updated some of it, and while there is very little parking, it still seems sufficient. In general, Citizens is a fair, convenient bank that I would suggest to others in general. While it's nice to have one like this, being able to bank at the grocery store on a weekly basis is also something that ends up being more than convenient! 4 stars for this one. Not a bad bank!

Everybody that works here need to have a class in sensitivity. As soon as I walk in the door, everybody starts looking right at me as if I'm going to rob the place. I get it that I'm in Canton and there's not a lot of black dudes walking in the door but at least greet me instead of just staring at me. Absolutely most racist bank I've been to.

...yeah super convenient, they close right when you get out of work. If you work for a living during normal business hours, I don't see how you would be able to bank here.
