The old bait and switch. I would strongly recommend against purchasing any furniture (or at least a sectional) from Boston Interiors. We went to the Hanover store to look at sectionals for a small boston apartment. We were sold on the fact that we could add additional pieces to the sectional fairly inexpensively as we moved into a larger apartment because the color we picked would be in production for a long time. We settled on a two piece sectional that the salesperson guaranteed would fit in our small staircase. Well it didn't. In fact, while the store-provided movers were stuck in our stairwell, they left the second piece of the couch on the road, which was thrown away by the Boston garbage men. We worked with the store on a three piece sectional which would work for our apartment. After a year, we reached out to the store to add a corner piece to the apartment. On December 1, 2022 they quoted us a price of $199.95 to add a piece to our sectional. We reached out again mid-summer 2023 and were quoted over $2,000 for the same piece. A measly 1,000% increase. Boston Interiors let us know that the color of our sectional was no longer in production and there was nothing they could do. So consider buying somewhere else. Couch is pretty comfortable.

I purchased a beautiful sofa less than 2 years ago. Within 6 months, the sofa seat material began to pill. Boston Interiors sent out a technician to "shave" the cushion and said that pilling is normal. The sofa now looks old, worn and shabby. I am so disappointed in their customer service and response to the defective fabric.

The chaise sofa purchased two years ago is wonderful. Still looks new. Fabric is so forgiving. Any spills have just wiped clean - great performance fabric. Happy with the purchase and price point of this item.

They have gone way down over the years. I bought a couch 3 years ago and all the springs have popped out. I reached out to customer service and they informed me there is nothing they can do as the factory no longer makes the couch or the cushions to replace. So now a $3,000 couch is trash! once a great company, do not buy from here

I have been purchasing from Boston Interiors in Stoughton for the past 7 year. I have developed a wonderful relationship with my sales coordinator Kat. I have received out stand service from her. The selection of the furniture is limiting at times,. I have had very few problems with the quality and delivery during Covid. The customer service response is excellent and friendly. I high recommend shopping at this location , especially if you have Kat along side you.

Shop around! Furniture prices are significantly inflated. Even with 20% sale prices are considerably higher than other dealers. Easy to find manufacturer of furniture and compare prices with other smaller family owned stores.

I bought a couch and a protection plan 3 years ago. I was told I could not ScotchGuard the couch or it would void the warranty. The protection plan only covers food spills. So I spent a lot of money and now I have a dingy couch that I have to replace. Stay away. Subpar product.After I posted this review BI reached out and offered a credit for the couch. I appreciate that they acknowledged the issue. I still think they should work on the quality of their product.

Customer service does not exist here AND the furniture quality is sub par. I purchased a table and a piece of masking tape with my name and pick up date was on the top of the table (written in pen) when the tape was removed at home the pen had taken the finish off of the table...the table has my name and pick up date engraved on it. I called and not ONCE did anyone offer an apology.. they offered me a 10% discount and when I pushed they offered a $100 off. I asked for a 50% discount (as my husband could fix and refinish) and was told "no one will do that". I was contacted by the manager who held firm on the $100 ..she continued to talk over me and could not have cared less. She then sent me an email asking me to shop with them again and allow them to "get it right next time". Really? What an amazingly stupid thing to say...she had the opportunity to make it right the first time, and that is what customer service is all about, making the customer happy. Maybe some day she will stop talking over customers and actually listen. She even had the audacity to tell me how to take care of furniture...something I've been doing since before she was even born I see from reading other reviews I'm not alone in my opinion. I will never go back to Boston Interiors
