Terrible company and the light skin dude who works there has terrible customer service skills. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. These people can’t give a straight answer and refused to help. Don’t go here!

First BJs experience here was having to reschedule due to lack of staff after showing up to my appointment. Auto Manager had nothing to say to support his one employee. No courtesy phone call. Member services was dismissive - acknowledged the lack of staff issue but wasn't receptive to the basic idea that the store should have cancelled the appointment. No compensation offered for hours of wasted time.

I was trying to get ahold of the tire center. Was put on hold for over 25 minutes. I get that they were busy but I had 1 question that would of taken 2 minutes to see if a tire was in stock. Was bounced to the customer service desk 4 times just to be out back in que. When customer service answered again the woman asked what I needed. I told her as I was in the middle of an emergency and just needed to know if they had a tire in stock. She said hold on and I was hung up on. Poor customer service on all parts.

Horrible Service. Have never experience something like this before. You walk in there's no one available in the front desk. The current supervisor (as of 7/31/23) very arrogant.I do not recommend doing business at this Tire Center not worth your money and time.

Got a flat tire today so I looked up the tires online beforehand and it showed they had the tires I needed in stock. Walked in at 5:30pm, knowing they close at 8pm looking to replace tires and they told me that they don’t have any tires in stock and won’t be able to order any today. You telling me a warehouse full of tires, online shows as in stock and you telling me they can’t order anything today. Very sloppy - to me it just sounds like no one wanted to work even though all bays were empty and all of the clients got the same story, “not in stock and we can’t order anything today. Come back tomorrow.” If they can’t even sell tires properly, I would be skeptical to see if they can even install them properly.

The discount you get on tires you pay for with poor customer service. Bought tires online and scheduled the install (new BJs member). Show up at 9 for appointment and nobody is there and door locked. Wait 20 minutes before going to customer service. Find out neither of the employees showed up. One employee shows up 30 minutes late and then tells me my tires were never delivered so they weren’t even at the store. Nobody called me to tell me. I even called the Friday before to confirm the appt and we were set and nothing was said. Was told they had no idea when the tires would arrive and would call to reschedule. I canceled the order and went to another shop where they could order and install within 2 days. Don’t think I’ll be back.

I called on a sunday morning and spoke with a young man on the phone and asked if they had my tire size in stock, and he confirmed, I also made clear that i needed my old tire removed from the rim and new tire that i was purchasing to be placed on my rim, and that i was going to install the tire on my car. He told me that they would be able to do it. I arrived at the tire center at about 330 pm, to be told that no they can't do it , after they spoke with a manager that wasn't on site. The young man at the counter wasnt the one I spoke with, the man I spoke with on the phone was not there at the time but was coming back to the tire station, which took about an hour. The young man at the counter was uknowledgeable about the basic information and could not answer any questions at all. I asked if he could check the system if the tire I wanted was at a different location and he could not, and didnt even have the phone number to other the bjs locations. The young man I spoke with on the phone arrived , I asked can I buy the tire and ill figure it out on my own, he said the the system wont allow him to even do that, so i had to buy the tire online and then go thru bjs to get paid ticket and then come back to retrieve the tire. The worst custumer service expeince, I've ever had, and I've been a loyal bjs customer for years. I was there for 2 hours, and wasted time due to the fact that the employees lacked basic knowledge of there job positions. I will not be renewing my membership and opening a costco membership.

I had a blow out, the didn't have the tire in stock that matched what I had previously purchased from them. Due to this they would not honor the roadside warrant on the tire. They replaced 2 tires (in January, due to them only having 2 in stock at the time and it being an awd vehicle). I ordered 2 more and was assured they would be in within 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by, no call. Went in after 5 weeks and the tires were ordered again. I was told another 2 weeks for the tires to arrive. Another 4 weeks went by and I went in again. At that time I was told the previous people employed there were gone because of a series of product theft. When I asked what happened to my tires that were ordered I was told they were probably stolen. The tires were ordered again without issue a d were installed by the tire bay. However, there was an issue. The two tires previously installed were leaking air. After a leak check, because of the "road hazard warranty" I was informed that the valve stems were bad on the 2 new tires I had installed in January. It is an absolute atrosity that this "tire shop" is able to exist and still function when they don't fully replace a tire and the entire tire system in the process, and dont inform their clientele the issues that they did not address. DON'T USE THEM FOR TIRES

I have been having a very difficult time with this tire center. I bought a set of 4 tires online on December 7th, 2022 and things were looking great as I was delighted that I was able to schedule the tire swap on December 28th, 2022 immediately. I even called off the day to run errands and the tire swap was also on the agenda.Come December 28th, 2022 (my scheduled appointment), I received no notice that not all my tires had yet arrived. In fact, they only had 1 of 4 of the ones I bought and I did not get any notification for me to reschedule/rebook my appointment. The staff member told me to call back next week to see if my tires arrived before dropping by again. I thought, heck I'll give them a chance.So I waited a week and called them on January 3rd, 2023 as instructed. But I was not able to talk to anyone. I had to call BJ's customer service and they told me try and call the tire center directly to speak with someone. I guess they were busy that day, so I called again the following day. Still no answer. I even called a different BJ's department and left my name and number for a manager from the tire center to call me back. Between January 3rd till present now (January 17th, 2023) my sister and I have been trying to get a hold of someone and we still have received no word from anyone at BJ's or an update.My 2015 vehicle now has a rejected inspection for nearly over a month and it only failed because of the tires that needed to be swapped back in December. In addition, I may have to pay an additional inspection fee because the grace period is about to expire. I feel like I have been reasonable and patient with many follow ups but have not received any updates and even spent PTO. Can a rep please help me resolve this issue?

Avoid this location if possible. Ordered 4 tires online and booked online appointment. The person at desk was not ready to do it first then he told he only has 3 tires. After that he said some additional thing is missing which required to install tires. He asked me to come next day and not committing about timing. I called it next day and no response from service center. They asked me wait for some more time. Finally I cancelled my ordered. Never going this location again. Wasted my half day for nothing.

Would not recommend buying tires at BJs AT ALL…not sure if it’s only the stoughton branch but wow, what an awful experience.Thankfully the manager Ryan helped out however it should not have to escalate to me asking for a manager for a simple tire replacement on a tire still under warranty.The staff at the tire center refused to change my tire because I didn’t have detailed paperwork which was sitting in their outdated files in the file cabinet the ENTIRE time. Ryan had to come from the main store to come and look in a cabinet. Ridiculous.Staff at the tire center wasted about 2 hours if my time giving me the run around.Hate to write this review since Ryan was so helpful but unfortunately his staff disregarded customer needs, was rude, dismissive and did not pay attention to detail.I recommend buying tires from a better location.

Very understaff. 1 guy to do everything, asnwer the phone, customer service, mechanical works. I would go to a different BJ's tire center.

Just left this store just now, 7/31/22, club # 34 (Stoughton), Register #13, cashier #480794.... This cashier was beyond RUDE! There was a sweet older lady in front of me and he was so miserable that she asked if he was ok cause his attitude was just stank. He did not converse back, make eye contact or anything... it was so awkward. He made everyone in the line feel uncomfortable with his mean energy. No one was greeted or thanked. When you spoke to him he did not speak back, he didn't even move to ring your stuff up. He made you place those XL HEAVY BULKY items on the checkout table... Customer service is not for everyone, cashier # 480794 needs to find a better job somewhere away from customers . Put him in the back to work inventory to something. Cause this ain't a good look!

1 star is way too many for the Stoughton. MA tire center at BJs. Avoid this place. Poor service and incompetent staff. After I dropped my car off for tire installation I was told my car would be ready in 1.5 hrs. I went back at 2 hrs and it wasn't touched. I went back at 3 hrs and it wasn't touched. Tire guy said he would have it done in next 35 minutes...I received a call 4 hrs later saying it was ready but that I should pick it up the next morning. I arrived next morning and they couldn't find my keys or any paperwork. They wanted me to go into the main store to find them. I refused. Finally, someone from the store found them and brought them to me. Shop guy was not interested in helping resolve issues what-so-ever. I asked him to check tires on car and he refused saying this was not part of the service. I do this because on one visit someone gave me mismatched tires. This place is poorly managed and poorly staffed. Buy your tires elsewhere!
