Amazing staff. From day one my experience here has been remarkable. They stayed late on a Saturday so i could get my keys and not have to pay for a hotel due to traffic delays. When a water line broke, the maintenance staff was on top of it quicky and professionally. They took care every aspect even replacing the carpet padding and shampooing within a weekend. Very impressed. Thank you to all involved.

I recently moved to Bell Stoughton in August. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire community and buildings. Anthony was my sales leasing agent was very professional and was very upfront about the process of applying to move in. Anthony basically sold me on our tour. The apartments are beautifully maintained and large. I don't plan on moving anytime soon. It's in a very convenient location. The pool is beautiful and was never over crowded like other neighborhoods I've lived in. I have no complaints quiet building. Highly recommend! Katie F

I am so impressed with the quick respond from Leasing Department. I have been working with Anthony and could not have had better service. I had some issues come up and he was very flexible and quick to respond. The entire experience with Bell Stoughton Apartments has been easy and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire staff and especially Anthony.

I'm very disappointed with this place. Nothing that is said to be available is true, Granite (where), accent wall option (only for the old tenants). I realized I didn't see my actual unit until I signed the lease. Everything is old and falling apart but the prices keep going up and up. The quality of some tenants are very low, people steal, the place smells like skunks all the time, dog shit everywhere.

This place is in the perfect location and the office staff is awesome. Spoke with Samantha and she helped me with everything plus some things I didn’t know I needed. She’s a special person.

Throughout the entire process of touring and leasing our new apartment, our leasing agent, Anthony Diiorio, has been knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the most seamless experience possible. Great community to live. Clean grounds, resident events, quiet, and friendly staff. Anthony made the move in process easy and was very responsive throughout the process. Favorite complex I have lived in the south shore. Highly recommend.

The property has a great staff and is always ready to help in any way. Dayra has always been able to resolve any issues I've had with my apartment and is always in great spirits. Bell Stoughton is lucky to have her as an employee.
