On July 15th I visited the Auto Zone in Stoughton MA. I meet with Anthony, the new store manager. I ask to check my car engine light that came on. Anthony dived from one car he was working on to mines. He read the code and explain the issue. He told me to take the issue asap as I will have trouble passing the car inspection. Anthony was very professional and polite. I enjoyed my conversation with him. I ask if he can recommend a mechanic to get my breaks done and he did. He provided the contact number and today I scheduled an appointment with the mechanic for next week. I gave 5 stars but Anthony deserves 10. No to many Auto Zone places receives you the way he did. Highly recommended. Anthony, thank you! Here is your 10 stars for you,**********!

Very good customer service manager was extremely helpful and informative I shop at this location quite often & I must say it’s one of the best stores I’ve been to just off the customer service itself. Awesome team! I don’t feel like they are just trying to get me to buy a product without telling me why I need it or what I need it for, as a woman it feels great to have a car place close by that won’t try to get me out of my money. I will definitely be back to shop again!

Was greeted by Anthony on July 4th and it was a very nice experience. We needed a battery warranty and he couldn’t have been more helpful. My husband has difficulty walking due to a stroke and Anthony provided old-school service and carried the battery to my husbands car. He is a great asset to your company …hard to find these days, someone who is aware and kind.

Walked in and was greeted by Anthony T. Right away. I needed windshield wipers he found me the best ones and even came out in the rain and installed them for me. This is what I called going above and beyond for your customers. Great customer service if he isn’t a manager he needs to be,seemed like the only one working.

I got into my car and it would not start. I called AAA for a jump . AAA tested the battery and said it was fine and told me to let it run for about 30 minutes. I went across town to (Walpole) picked up my grandson came back into Stoughton, went to the gas station afraid to turn my car off I gased up with the car running,. We drove to TJ MAXX turned off the Car and again the car would not start. I called AAA again they jump started the battery again, tested and said the same thing that my battery was fine and it was properly my starter.
I'm now overwhelmed with the car problem, went and settled in for the night.
Next morning car would not start I called AAA a third time for a tow thinking is was something else, tow guy comes he decided to jump the battery prior to towing my vehicle. I explained to him the situation the day before (6/24) His opinion was it was the battery and suggested I go to auto zone and have them check the battery. So I journey up to auto zone in Stoughton. I asked the guy if he could tell me If they use their finder to see what comes up as the problem with my car. I explained my story, the guy at the register was not friendly he told me they do not check batteries at the same time another gentleman standing to his side asked what exactly i needed.
I explained my story to him and he said sure we can check your battery. We went to my car he tested my battery and sure enough it read Bad BATTERY. His name was Tony
I was not surprised, I asked Tony about battery prices, we went inside I picked out a battery but I had to run home which was ten minutes away to get funds.
When I got back Tony was on a conference call and the first guy I encountered asked me if I was getting the battery I picked out, rang it up with the covers and lubricant that Tony explained to me that would protect corrosion that had built on my current battery. This guy said he would install my battery. I was not comfortable with him doing any work on my car due to his negative customer service when I came in. This guy showed no interest at all in helping me.
I waited until Tony was finished with his call. Tony happily changed my battery, my car started right up and I was on my way.
Thank you Anthony (the manager) for the best customer sevice ever.

I had them put a windshield wiper blade on my car, guy didn’t know how to put them on and they made it nice A NICE SCRATCH ON MY HOOD. He had to have an LBGT she/he put it. Pissed I got a SCRATCH FROM EMPLOYEES.

went in for warranty on my battery and Calvin made it very easy,simple, and hassle free. Always love coming into this Autozone because of how close it is and how friendly and patient the staff is, absolutely love it.

I want to thank John who checked my battery. I wasn't quite sure how the battery was doing since I last got it new 5 yrs ago. Thankfully no expense to buy a new one. It was still 100 percent. Thanks again highly recommend. Keep up the great work ??.

Paul at Auto Zone in Stoughton was so kind and helpful when I was a first time customer on Tuesday!!I was with my friend who smelled a concerning odor coming from the hood of my car. She thought I might be low on radiator fluid and suggested we go to Auto Zone. Paul checked and confirmed that I was low on the radiator fluid. He sold me a bottle and even put it into the reserve tank for me!I appreciate your kindness and helpfulness so much, Paul! Thank you very much! I will be back in the future!Sincerely,Diane
