Long story short. Tons of rain. Bog in the back yard, would not relinquish the UHAUL. Stuck truck, Uhaul says $325.00 extra. #@%@!!! John was there in 15 minutes. Truck unstuck and John Happily on his way for less than a third in 30 minutes from start to finish. Very Happy ME!!!

One of your tow truck drivers ran a stop sign got a verbal warning. After hitting my brother's car with his twins that just got released from the NICU. Also almost ran another car off the road just minutes before running the stop sign!!!! Take his license away.
