I was there on Saturday and there was one worker and one customer,then me.The worker started helping me as he was able to he was running a fax. I had 4pieces of cable equipment. The worker was nice and helpful. He was able to help the other customer and myself. Very patient, very professional. Liked that the store opened at 9 instead of 10 on a Saturday. I will definitely be going back to Stoneham store when shipping items out

I've been to this UPS Store three times, and each time I've felt like I was being treated with contempt. The employees are rude and dismissive, and they make no effort to hide their disdain for customers. They roll their eyes, sigh loudly, and make sarcastic comments under their breath. It's clear that they think they're better than everyone else, and they don't care about providing good customer service.I'm guessing that the employees are related to the owner, which is why they're never held accountable for their behavior. It's a shame, because this store could be a great place to ship packages if it weren't for the awful customer service. I would never recommend this store to anyone, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.If you're looking for a place to ship a package where you'll be treated with respect, I suggest you go elsewhere. This place is a disgrace.

Fast counter service and nice clerks- I do all of my Amazon returns here. I find the hours very convenient too- it's nice to get errands done on the weekend. The post office isn't open in Sundays, but this place is.

I was forced to buy a $4.23 roll of packing tape in order to seal up the end of the small box I had to ship. I left the tape with the clerk for someone else to use when I exited. I only used about14" of the roll. Other stores will seal up your box for you with polite customer service. Avoid the Stoneham store.

Every time I go the staff are friendly & helpful. I have shipped numerous fragile items and the owner takes great care in packaging them so everything arrives safely. They even have a notary available by appointment. Highly recommend.

Terrible owner/manager!!!!!! I can’t believe how nobody else had called to shut that place down. I’ve gone in three times now and all three times the same manager or she may be the owner just treats her staff with zero respect!!!! She should be ashamed of herself and I’ll be forewarning what I saw to UPS hq because I don’t think they’d like how you’ve been ruining their reputation and name. Will not be returning until that lady is fired or relocated because just no. It’s never okay to disrespect and belittle the people that make your operation run

Giving it a one star. There’s a very arrogant lady. Was here for a return, first there were people before me. All were served. Then it was my turn , i had to wait for the ladies to fix a broken drawer. After they were done , one the ladies asked if i had tape for my package☹️. That was really strange, been to different stores, my packages with a qr code are always accepted as they are ( in original package untaped). My sister has had an issue with the same lady. My one star goes to the gentleman who’s there at times, he is friendly.

I just hate coming here for any reason. There is always some oddly specific thing that is happening and we’re stuck in line for ages. Computers never have right info.Lady clearing is overworked. I feel for them I do. But company should hire one more staff at least to cover time. Drop offs are easy if you could do it automatically or something. Would save huge line from forming.Their whole process is Archaic beyond belief. I wasn’t quite ready and I guess my phone wasn’t bright enoughWalked away to scan someone else. HUHNope. Last time I come here. I miss the old rude owners. At least he got things done

Chip on her shoulder. Where do I begin? The lady who was helping me was provided the delivery address and did not bother to check for correction stating that the system updated it this way. So basically my package, that I was paying for to be delivered next day (almost 60 bucks), was going to a different st address. and she was arguing with me that this is how UPS updated it, despite the fact that I said it was WRONG! She asked if there was a unit # I responded, no it is a hotel, she immediately got on the defensive and yelled at me, mind you the store was packed. I showed her my license so I would not have to say my address out loud, then, as a courtesy I asked if she got the address so I can put my license away, she proceeded to say my address out loud, a simple YES would have sufficed. Will try to find a different UPS store for future shipments.

I went for notary this morning 05/27/22. It was simple notary for my daughter's school. Customer associates was extremely rude and hostile behavior to me. Her attitude was like why I am here early morning to do notary. She was yelling during notary front of other customers. I was so embarrassed. She charge me 45 dollar for simple 3 pages notary. I am assuming owner does not come to store at all.
