Awful store
Never more than two registers open no matter how long of lines
Many many times I’ve left full carts at front of store due to extremely long lines
Refuse to use auto checkout registers
I’m sure I’ll leave more full carts in the future
Makes me appreciate market basket and Whole Foods

I” m trying to understand why the self check out workers are even there ? We ring our own things and if something happens they get all mad like we inconvenience them . They get paid to watch customers ring their own stuff and then complain make comments when we need their help . You don’t want to help customers get out of Customer Service jobs Period !! Disappointed and won’t be going back . After 7 years of shopping here I will never return . What a shame

This stop & shop is not our 1st choice of there to shop. We go to the woburn store. But the Stoneham one has the gas station which is always nice to use your points at gas station

This is a really convenient grocery store from me. They have pretty great prices and lots of foods. They also recently renovated the whole store and it’s very nice and clean. They sell almost everything here from food,sweets,gift cards, medicine, makeup, flowers, etc. They even have a citizens bank and aStarbucks, like what don’t they have?! But one time I was here with my sister and a lady yelled “hey!” At us and it wasn’t someone we knew, she kept following us and we hid between isles because she was waiting for us at the end of each isle. That was my only bad experience here. Overall this place is really nice.

They did not sell the Disney 100 UNO card game that contains a collectible foil card in stores. Perfect for waiting for the 132 bus to Malden.

The gentlemen Nick at the self checkout station was really patient, and even offered helpful tips to soothe the pain of these unbearable self checkout machines, that are beyond sensitive to the point where it makes it unbearable to use half the time ? store itself has always been an alright store, prices are definitely noticeably higher than competitors, but that’s not the stores fault. Always nice staff there no problems with them just fix your system for real ?♂️?

what a fantastic experience! The aisles were well-organized, and the staff was super friendly. Found everything on my list, and the checkout process was quick. Love the variety and quality of products. Definitely my go-to grocery store!
