Our two year old has had a great experience at Kindercare Stoneham since he was an infant. They are always doing a lot of fun activities for the kids and their families which has really enriched his development!

The director of this location, Linda, is a bully and corporate does absolutely nothing because they need to fill this location to get moneyMy nephew has frequently come home with the same diaper we sent him off with in the morning, He had diaper rashes, he has one kidney. If you complain, you’re treated poorly by the director, several times, she has told my mother “ maybe you just want to go somewhere else with him, I think he has special needs” it is not the directors place to diagnose any child. She has frequently asked my mother to pick him up over minor issues, which being child professionals, should know how to handle by themselves! She has been left in the directors office in a large chair for two hours being scolded by the Director, my nephew is 2 1/2 years this is normal toddler behaviorwe just pulled my nephew out of the school today and have already found a lovely school closer to our residence, where is the director does not insist you give them five stars!! do not send your child to this place

I can't say enough good things about KinderCare-Stoneham. I have seen a big jump in development with both of my kids since I enrolled them last summer. The teachers and staff are wonderful and genuinely care for the students.

We had the most horrible experience here and should have taken the previous bad reviews seriously. I'm glad we pulled her out because it was an absolute torture for my child. The LO was scared all the time and kept saying " the school not good.. Ms. XXXX not good" (I wont even go into more details of what LO has told). Everyday the situation was getting worse rather than the kid becoming comfortable. LO is very social and thriving in new school within days and clearly tells me "this school is good and I'm happy" School is meant to be a happy place and not have a fearful environment. And for paying a premium price, the facility is not clean, feels like teachers doing the job just for the sake of it, changing constantly, low quality food (also not allowing home food), teachers bringing their child inside the facility with outside Dunkin Donut food, but parents not even allowed to see the facility despite following all protocols. The Center director also didn't seem to bother with these concerns and doesn't seem to care either.

Both of my sons are currently attending this facility three days a week and our family has been extremely happy here. My older son started when he was 2.5 and he is now almost 4.5 in the preschool program. I also have a younger son who started in the infant room at 10 months and he is now almost 2. Both of my sons run into school happily each morning at drop-off. I look forward to connecting with their teachers in the morning and telling them funny stories of events from over the weekend. I have been on the parent committee for almost a year which has made our experience at Kindercare all the richer. I have first-hand knowledge of the thoughtfulness that goes into their safety and enrichment each day. Feedback and input are both very welcome and validated by management. The teachers make efforts to connect parents together and the entire staff and school is a wonderful community that I am happy to be a part of. The hours are extremely flexible and I feel that the food they provide is healthy and thoughtful (and better yet, I do not have to pack lunches!). My younger son has a peanut allergy and this facility has been extremely helpful and understanding about it. I highly recommend this facility and am forever grateful for the role they have had in the development of my children.
