Extremely horrible experience trying to work with this dealership on a warranty repair. I had pickup service for my vehicle, but not home delivery. Had to take an Uber and pick up my vehicle without repair. Very cold and unwelcome reception walking into service to pick up my keys.

Waited 8 months for my vehicle to be brought in for recalls. Mentioned a continuous issue with my roof rails being loose and repaired multiple times by Ford, since owning the vehicle which was purchased new. Charged $161.95 and the job was not performed correctly. Also, a miscommunication on how this work was being scheduled. A photo of how the roof rails look after the repair is attached.

I have to say as a woman who really doesn't know as much as she should about cars, the stereotypes of talking to the men were too accurate here. I had all this information I prepared about the problem with all the details, including the details of my last servicing. The person checking me in hardly looked at it and handed it back to me. He continued to ask me questions and then interrupt my answers. Once the problem was figured out, it was hard to get them to explain the problems in detail to me and just said it wasn't worth fixing (true - it was an expensive repair, but still, I'd like to understand what the issue was. Saying your brakes are bad is useless to me)The only reason I give 2 stars is because of Steve - I was waiting for my ride and he informed me of the FREE delivery and pickup service and gave me his information. When my car was ready to be picked up, I gave him a call and he helped get my car back to me within an hour! Very grateful for this service and for Steve for making my day :)

The service department is horrible. From the people up front to the guy who changes your oil. No one has the time or day to hear what you have to say. They treat people like they are idiots. I’ve been blown off so many times, just because they don’t want to do the work. If you have a choice DON’T USE STONEHOM FORD.#MikeDoherty#hacksService: Engine repair

The service department and staff are great. Unfortunately after buying 4 vehicles from them I can't get scheduled for 2 recalls for 5 months!

I wish 0 stars was an option. This service department may be the most unprofessional service team I've seen in a long time. Starting with Mike Doherty (service advisor) all the way to Steve Laudadio (service manager). I brought in my speciality 2020 Roush Nitemare with 22k miles in for an engine misfire issue. By the time the vehicle was able to be brought in for service (4 weeks later), the check engine light had shut off. Since the check engine light was no longer on, even though the recent codes still showed a misfire, they said it would not be covered under factory warranty and it would cost me $139.00 for their diagnostic test. Unhappy with the situation, I paid the $139.00. When I received my receipt for the work done, I noticed my mileage in/out was 22,112/22,115. The out mileage did not match my FordPass mileage nor my odometer of 22,123. When I asked Mike about this, his reply was "I don't know what to tell you." Some of you reading this may think the 8 additional unaccounted for miles is petty on my part, but I found some minor damage to my front left rim. One would assume that a 650hp truck was taken for a "joy ride." I approached Mike with my concern, showed him the damaged where he responded with "that was already there." I then told him that was not the case along with my wrongfully logged odometer reading. He stormed away mumbling something under his breath like an immature teenager. Mike returned a few minutes later with Steve (the service manager) when Steve just repeated what Mike said; that it was old damage and to find another dealership, and walked away telling me "we've been here since 1927, we'll be here with or without you."I can't give enough praise to the sales team at Stoneham ford. Top knotch, great customer service, extremely friendly and helpful whether it's in person, phone or email. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about their service department. That department needs to full makeover to match the excellence of the sales team. So in closing, purchase your vehicles from Stoneham Ford, but stay as far away as you can from their service department. This dealership was built on customer service and professionalism, and Mike and Steve are anything but that.Response to what Stoneham Ford said below:Pretty clear they just copy and paste the same response to everyone without even reading the review. Steve is the issue, he's not the one to resolve the issue.

Service 0 . I booked an appointment for a repair on the transmission on my transit , I had to wait a month an half and the morning of the appointment I go to drop it off the van and they tell me that they don’t have workers that they do transmission at that time and maybe wait another two months.So I had to find another transmission guy after two months I was booked, so disappointed , never again they will see me , also because we both few cars there .

I went in for an oil change on my 2019 Ford F250 diesel. They charged me $617.00. Yes they changed my oil filter my air filter and my fuel filter…. But $617.00 that’s just crazy. I’ll find a local mechanic to do the work in the future. KR

If the guy in the partsdepth, keeps telling every customer to order your parts on line, don't you think you can replace the guy with a sign, it would bcheaper, and you might be able to keep COMMON parts in stock.
