During the busy Christmas season, I approached Sterling for a special order. I wanted to give my 2 grandsons a full zippered hoodie with the school mascot, Scratch, whom their Dad created, and school name on the left front. Needing only 2, this was indeed an unusual request. No problem at Sterling. My order was ready in one week and the boys wear their hoodies proudly.

Since I live close to Stoneham, I visited the shop to view first-hand the quality of their work and to get a quote for my projects. I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner and was shown samples of the type of printing that I was interested in having done. The quality was outstanding, so I decided to contract with them for my project. I was sent a proof before the final print was run and received the completed project ahead of time. The results were beyond my expectations, and I unexpectedly received extra items beyond the agreed upon amount. I highly recommend this company and intend to use their services in the future.

Garbage company. I emailed them the score I needed printed and bound. No response for 5 days. Every time I called someone was "out of the office". Finally, get someone on the phone and they say "oh actually, we can't do it". Take your business elsewhere, these guys are clowns.

Had a great experience here getting shirts made with embroidered logos. The shirts are quality material and look amazing. Would definitely recommend Sterling for anyone that wants high quality printing!
