If you are going to send something make sure you check your address and make sure its correct. If you give the company the wrong info, don't be shocked that the package was sent somewhere else. Make sure you read up on their policy when picking up a package. Go ahead and ask questions so you are all clear when picking up. Customers should be accountable when they make a mistake. it's common sense.”

Beyond the standard office supplies, computers and other small, useful office appliances, and some furniture, too, their printing department and shipping station shine bright.Customers are able to return items that are shipped through UPS without having to go to a separate location. The printing department has multiple color copy machines that can also scan and a full array of printing services from posters, banners, and other merchandising items. I was able to get laminating and hole punching done on a project within a couple of hours for same-day pick-up.All of the sales attendants are friendly, able to point you in the right direction, and make every trip a success. This store is an excellent resource, and I'm happy to have it close by.”

“I've had a couple of decent experiences at this post office but, I wanted to acknowledge a mail carrier. I lived in Stoneham for 5ish years and I recently moved to Woburn after getting divorced. Today (a Saturday) my old mail carrier from my apartment on Stevens Street in Stoneham came to my apartment in Woburn (I left a forwarding address) to check on some mail addressed to our old business to see if I forgot to forward the business mail. I truly appreciate the time he took to come and check with me about this and I'm very grateful for the extra effort. He could have easily just returned the mail to the sender but he went above and beyond to make sure he did the right thing with it. Very very impressed.”
