“First of all I drive an hour just to go here because the fish stores I have tried in New Hampshire do not have a good selection of corals. Every time I’ve called for advice or needed something for my tank they are always there to help. It’s an even better experience visiting the store in person. Dre is extremely friendly and always ready to help with what ever I need. They are always running specials and they have a point system which is fantastic because it cuts the prices down even more. The store managers are always so kind and helpful and willing to order supplies that they may not carry in store. We ordered a fantastic dog bed (that our cat can't get enough of either) and leashes and pop in every few weeks for treats and other regular supplies. Highly recommend as a local pet supply store!”

“Awesome little shop. Staff is super kind and friendly. They always have nice brands and great foods. Nobody nearby sells Open Farm so it's nice to have a local spot. A bit small inside so if it's busy be prepared to wait/squeeze by but overall it's an awesome little shop. Found out about them through their Portland Maine shop and will be back many times to come.”

I get my pup's dog food here, treats, toys, bandanas, bathing stuff, etc. Lauren the owner is amazing and always so helpful! She always takes the time to help me find what I am looking for and recommend anything she thinks would be beneficial for my pup. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about your animals care. Carrie and Kayla who work there as well are fantastic and always willing to help me find what I need. The best dog store around! Thankful for this hardworking business and these ladies who run it.”

“We have been getting our dog food from this store for over 10 years, but recently our children wanted to get fish - we stopped in got everything we need, and had great advice on setting up the tank, and when to get fish- we came back 2 days later and the kids were greeted with helpful, and knowledgeable staff, that also went above and beyond to help them explore other pets we weren't going home with (Scorpion, ferret, etc) and gave them a Halloween treat. “Great staffStinks that they got rid of whole hearted heavenly layers gourmet dog treats. Hard treats are no good for small dogs-small teeth. Used to be able to break the treats up. Now they’re replaced by a dry coarse treat that turns to dust while trying to break up the treat options for what my dog likes”

“The last two years I have gotten my dog's birthday cake from here! I have had it shipped both times and both times the cakes came well packaged and still perfectly put together! They are absolutely adorable. Their cakes are chicken free, which is great since my dog has an allergy. I love how you can specify a theme and color you want. My dog absolutely loves the cake and literally pulled it out of my hands last night to eat it! When reaching out to the company on instagram with questions and customizations, they are so friendly and helpful! They even reached out to clarify that the hot dog toppers had chicken and asked what I would like instead. My friends have now also gotten cakes here and their dogs loved their cakes as well. I highly recommend!!”

They are all so kind, dedicated, very dog-savvy and truly want what is best for your dog. As the owner of a tiny 6lb very shy & sometimes sassy rescue pup, they treated her like she was their own. It was so reassuring to drop off my little girl and hand her off to Brian and/or the “aunties” and she would willingly go with them and give them kisses. She does not typically act that way with many people. Given that my girl is so small, they were honest with me when she didn’t have the best days during the busy summer months. “I NEVER write reviews but I had to for this place!! ... for years I travel around to different exotic petstore just to stop in check out what they got, what care they give there reptiles etc. I have been to some well known places in the reptile keeper world. This place even though may not have as large of a selection as other places does an amazing job keeping there reptiles the way they should be ! You walk in and notice right away. They have one reptile per enclosure( in great size enclosures too), linear UVB, fresh greens, food! Hence why there isn't a huge selection at a time! This place usually has bearded dragons, snakes, geckos, spiders, a mainly in stock with some other lizards like uros, ackies, tortoises etc. I have always wanted a reptile my whole life and finally got the chance to get one! N bought a house a few months ago so that meant it was time I could get my scaly friend! Last Sunday I bought a bearded dragon from here. He's just a baby! So far this week he is eating fine, pooping like clockwork ( everyday Bout 1.5 hours after lights on. Totally healthy!! The lady that helped me was also amazing you will never go in here seeing staff just chit chatting! They are always doing something, checking in with customers, providing care for there animals! This is the place to go and support!!! We deffinetly need more places like it! No other place beats them in the area!!”
