I liked going to them, and actually was in the process of starting transportation with them before my dog got hurt. Now I understand a dog can get hurt at daycare and that’s the risk you sign up for when you send your dog. BUT they did not call to check on my dog once (and this happened almost 2weeks ago) after she got hurt at their establishment. My dog ended up needing stitches from “a puppy getting her ear” which i don’t know how true that is but was giving them the benefit of the doubt. The slice in her ear was bad enough the vet decided to take it off and leave her a little hole (you’ll see in image) because it was the safest option. Again I understand the risks of daycare, what I don’t understand is how someone does not check on an animal after being hurt in their responsibility. This was a very blood incident I should add and they were well aware we had to go to the emergency vet as we called them from there for the other dog’s information. Just puts a bad taste in my mouth. Also there were two separate times I picked my dog up and her prong collar was still on her, after being there for 8+ hours. I tried to be understanding because she does have darker fur and the collar is dark but after the ear incident I will not be returning. I also am attached a photo they posted of her wearing her prong collar out with the other dogs.I am honestly just disappointed and if they had reached out following the incident and showed care and compassion I would have considered going back.

I am so pleased to see The Paws Club still up and running after so many years. 20+ years ago I worked there with my boss Richelle and The Paws Club was one of the very first ever doggie daycares in the Gretaer Boston area. I drove the bus for pick ups and drop offs and walked dogs inner city mid day. They are kind and sweet and have a calm demeanor under any and all conditions. They engage with the dogs really interact with them and love them like theirown. I recall how excited dogs would be to get on the bus to come there. They provide rock solid service every day of the week and are a trusted animal service provider. Highly highly highly recommend to anyone who wants their beloved pet in good hands! ???Great Job ? Paws Club!!Congrats on many years of ongoing success!

This is the only daycare my dog has actually looked forward to attending! as soon as I get her outta the car to go in, she gets all excited & it’s also the only daycare she’s never come back from with fighting cuts & scabs on her so there’s definitely a very high level of supervision at paws club. The people who work there are truly dog lovers for sure & it eases my mind to know my little girl is in a happy environment while I’m stuck at work.

Love this place! I had to stop going to my other place because they crate part of the day and with Bailey’s aging hips he can no longer go in a crateI have a 13-year-old German shorthair pointer who doesn’t know he’s 13 and he has so much fun! The staff is amazing!!!! I feel so calm when he is there and he always comes home nice and tired

We used to live in Reading and we would take our dog Levi twice a week. We moved to Somerville in October and started at a different daycare, and he did not leave giving us the impression that he played and exercised as much as he did at Paws Club. Yesterday we were in a pinch and decided to drive all the way to Stoneham. I was worried they would have to evaluate him again since he’s grown a lot and it’s been several months, but they remembered him and welcomed him openly! It was a huge help to us. Levi is always so excited to go there! They let the dogs go in and out as they please (the playground is totally fenced and safe). Levi is pretty tireless and he always leaves and sleeps through the night feom a good day of play. Paws Club is a great local business and I highly recommend!

Unfortunately I didn’t realize that it is an asphalt yard for them to play in. The people there seem really nice, but I don’t think it’s the right place for our pup. She tore up the pads on the bottom of her feet and is limping around today. If your dog isn’t used to playing on hard ground, I wouldn’t bring them here. Also, I will say my dog seemed to like the staff and the place itself, I just don’t think it’s the right place for my pup

I’m very happy with my dog’s care at paws club. Staff I met are very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had. I will be back again and again.
