“I'm here right now Valentines Day and of course I spilled coffee on my comforter both of them so Thank you Neptune. I haven't been here in about 13 years so of course the machines are 21st century and it's 950 pm . The only good thing about this whole fiasco is the gentleman who is working here I wasn't sure if I needed a laundry card I only had 11.00$ on me my wash was 20.49 but he obviously could tell I was just a little overwhelmed. I gave him my bank card he bought the laundry card plus he put enough money on it so I had NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT . I don't want to seem to forward and ask his name but if anyone at Neptune reads this know that you really have an employee that loves helping people . PS HE ALSO HASNT STOPPED CLEANING ALL THE MACHINES AND SWEEPING WHILE IVE BEEN HERE PLACE IS SPOTLESS”

I've never had an order that was not laundered perfectly, folded and arranged by clothe type in the bag, making it easy to store away. They always deliver and pick up in time and take care and diligence with every item. Even items sent for dry cleaning to them have been returned spotless, with care given to delicate fabrics. In the rare occasion that something was not up to mark, they've offered an immediate redo and an offered to do my next order free of charge. Every text request is replied to promptly and professionally. I highly recommend them.”

“First time trying a laundromat for a large comforter and some other stuff that couldn’t fit in the washer at my apartment. I decided to go to this place after seeing all the good reviews. Everything was so clean. The washer rinsed thoroughly and I only needed dryer for about 20mins (on low heat!). Ample parking spaces on a Saturday night. The lady worked there was so kind and professional. I accidentally broke the washer handle and authorized my card for replacement charge on that day. To make me feel better, the lady offered me to use dryers for free. And what’s even better is that the owner reached out to me and told me they tried to fix the handle without ordering a new one, and they would like to refund me the charge. I really appreciate their kindness and no wonder this place got so many good reviews. Will be my go-to laundromat in the future and the best laundromat you can find in Medford area!”
