Eric Jano has been cutting my hair for years, and I couldn't recommend him more highly! The prices at Kenzo went up in the last month or so which is unfortunate, but Eric is worth every penny

I had the best haircut at salon Kenzo today. I just moved from Cambridge to Medford and had been looking for a place that felt comfortable, clean and stylish without the weird pretentiousness. This place was great. Created at the door with a place to hang a coat, offered a coffee or tea and waited in their lil waiting room area with snacks. Eric washed, cut and blew dry my hair. I barely had a picture of what I wanted (as someone who decides at the last minute to cut off all their hair this can be hard) but he knew what he was doing. My hair looks great - probably the best cut I’ve had in 5 years.Service: Haircut

Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni , known to most as simply Michelangelo was among many things a sculptor. He would stand before an enormous block of Italian marble and he saw the statue of David. In another block of marble he saw the Madonna sitting down and holding her wounded son in her arms (Pieta). He didn't see a mass of something. He saw a shape and cut away the every extra to reveal the beauty within.Eric reminds me of Michelangelo. He looks at the mass of hair on my head and he trims away all that is not needed and i have this haircut and i look crazy good. He is a Michelangelo of hair stylists. If you want a really good haircut then Eric is your man at Kenzo Salon in Stoneham.Services: Haircut

Extraordinarily rude owner. The owner was a complete j*** off to me during my appointment and literally they seem to be the type of staff where you have to be a regular to get any sort've service. I waited 40 extra minutes past my booked appointment time to watch the owner cut some guy's hair who just walked in-that he clearly knew well. The bright side is the receptionist is very kind and sweet. The owner-massive douche. Do not recommend this place.

Laura is a fantastic, stylish, and sweet hair designer. I went there to get my haircut yesterday and did not have a specific style at the beginning. I showed her a few pictures. She only looked at them one time. Not only she got it right away, she also designed a style that matches more with my face!! I feel like a brand new person after I left Kenzo!Sarah at the cashier is very helpful, organized, and friendly (actually I think everyone is at Kenzo). I feel so welcomed. Only a few minutes and my space was ready with a cup of coffee. Clean and stylish spot on the second floor. Everyone is wearing masks. Lots of free 2-hour parking nearby.

I found this place to be so so. The reviews didn't match my experience. The space is lovely! I just found my haircut to be sort of Eh. Have tried a couple times with different stylists. I think they work mostly with older folks. If you are trying to get a more youthful, styled or edgy look I would try someplace else.
