“Incredibly caring and honest people. I had wanted to upgrade my diamond ring for my 10 year anniversary. I even said what if I bought a lab diamond instead and Michael said do not do that! Do not get rid of your natural diamond even though I make more margin on lab diamonds because they are so cheap for me to buy in comparison to naturals. Michael told me to keep the diamond because it was blessed at my wedding and sentimental to my husband, and instead he would create the setting of the diamond I wanted which was oval instead of round.
