after I managed to do some body damage in the snow, CJ and High Q team were able to quickly get a fender replaced and you couldn’t see any difference in the “paint blending”. thank you for making the car look great again!

Just picked my car up -- it looks like brand new. Great work, thanks!! Even better: their location is a pick-up spot for my short term rental car from Enterprise so I didn't have to enlist friends or Lyft to help me shuffle cars around.

I cannot recommend more! I am a college student and I use my car daily to get to and from school. I was in an accident and had my driver door and fender replaced here. Not only did they fix my car within a DAY, but they also did it for a better price than anywhere else. The guys there do a great job and my car looks brand new. I could not be happier. They are honesty and sympathetic which is sadly hard to find in the automotive industry nowadays. Will come again!

I took my car to High Q Autobody in Concord to be assessed by an insurance appraiser. It took a few days. I found out later that they were charging $150 per day merely for keeping the car on their premises. This was never disclosed at the time they agree to take the car.

Really great work. Our car had a puncture that required a new door. High Q provided a very reasonable estimate, ordered the parts ahead of time, and completed the work in just a few days. Our car looks like new. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend High Q Auto Body to anyone in need of collision repairs, minor or major.My parked car was backed into by someone attempting a 3 point turn. The whole front end was severely damaged (over $7,700!) After a quick look through some facebook reviews, I discovered High Q Auto Body.Right out of the gate, Cj and his team were amazing to work with. Allowing me to tow my car right to the shop, no problem. They assisted through the entire insurance process (always a nightmare with insurance) and kept me updated every step of the way. They repaired my car as quickly as possible (insurance being the biggest hold up).When my car was finished, it looked better than it ever has. The paint matched perfectly and everything lined up to a tee. They even did a few touch ups on some deep scratches I had prior to the accident. You can tell they take real pride in doing a careful and meticulous job.As an added bonus, they were able to install my after market head light bulbs at no extra charge and even fixed a windshield sprayer the day after pickup that was unknowingly damaged in the accident. This goes above and beyond what any shop has ever done in the past.I am so grateful to all the staff at High Q for the great customer service as well as the high quality work done on my vehicle. This is a top notch auto shop in West Concord! I highly recommend them. I have used them twice now. They are efficient, get the job done when promised and are so pleasant to the customer. Superb!

Based on my experience using this body shop, I do not recommend using High Q Auto Body for any high end vehicle repair or paint work. Very poor quality work, much regret using them and not doing more research.

Very pleased with the repair to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. CJ and Helio were very professional, straight forward in their explanation of what needed to be done and at a reasonable cost. They finished the job even sooner than expected. While I hope I don't need to use them again, I would definitely do so, and recommend them for auto body and paint.Services: Painting

I would highly recommend High Q Auto Body to anyone in need of major collision repairs. My car was hit by a large delivery truck while sitting in a parking lot.
