Very disappointed from this location!Definitely is a good tire brand but the service not that good because they can’t do the alignment in a proper way! Still having issue while I drive the car.

Ordered tires and wheel alignment online and scheduled an early appointment right when they open. When I got there, I was behind another person, which was unfortunate. Seems like they double booked and was understaffed at that hour. The staff at the counter said a couple of his staffs called in late. I had to wait in the waiting area for pretty much the entire morning for my car to finish. After I got my car back, I realized that they swapped out my nice metal valve caps on my tires for cheap plastic ones. The wheel alignment report was not very informative and based on what I can make out, it seems like they might have made some of the alignment angles worst. While driving highway speeds, I find that the car drifts to the left when my steering wheel is directed straight. I have to turn my steering slightly right to go straight at highway speed. Plus they didn't get the tire pressure to my car's correct spec. The guy at the counter took his time to tell me about the rebates I can get online which I appreciate. But overall, it had been a disappointing experience from waiting so long, having my nice valve caps switched out, and the worsen alignment. The wait room was also small. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this spot. I would drive alittle further for a shop with better reputation.

We have been going to this facility for some years with good serviceToday we made an appointment for an oil change at 11:30. Left the car and came back at 2:15 and they had not started the work yet. We had to leave.Apparently they were short of workers today. But this could have been communicated while making reservation or when dropped off the car or anytime while they were experiencing delays. We wasted a lot of time driving there.

If I could I would give ZERO STAR. I had to wait more than 5 hours to get an alignment FIVE HOURS. Also, if you make an online appointment they don’t find your appointment, they say you have no appointment. Staff very lazy!I do not recommend this place

I made an online appointment to replace 4 tires. The day of the appointment I realized I only needed 2 tires. This was my mistake, but when I told the rep at Goodyear, he said it wouldn't be a problem to do only 2. Well, this rep wasn't available when I picked up the car and 4 tires were replaced. I was given excuses, but this is the type of place this is. Nobody cares, like most of these service facilities these days. That's why I do most of my auto work myself and am glad I am able.

Really upset to give this place a 1 star because we've been coming here for years and have loved all the guys there and the work they've done for us. Today we made an appointment to check our engine light and they actually turned us away telling us to bring our 2009 scion to a dealership. Called other local shops and they were happy to check it out.

Nick Kugler and the Stoneham Goodyear team did such a great job on my vehicle! I brought my vehicle in on 12/17 to get brake work and new tires. They made great recommendations and got the job done in such a timely and efficient manner. I know where I will be going from now on the get my cars serviced. Highly recommend going to see Nick and team!

Schedule an appointment for an alignment at 8 AM. When I got to Goodyear, I was told “the alignment guy is not here today”. So I was left with either rescheduling or going to another shop. When I asked the guy at the counter why they couldn’t call me before I got there, he told me “we can’t call customers before 8”, which seemed like a pretty d*** answer. I left and went to the Malden location and they took great care of me. I would recommend to anyone who schedules service, that they call before their appointment to ensure the staff that can do certain services are present that day.

Nick did an amazing job, not only did he change my oil but checked out several other issues on the truck and even fixed an issue causing my truck to make a terrible noise. 10/10 will come back again.

Had tires installed today. Noticed the inside barrel was damaged. It had dimples circling the wheel. My guess is from the tire mounting tool they used. Won't be going back to this place.

I was greeted by Greg, the manager at the Stoneham location , which was clean and inviting to customers. He explained how long it would take and if I had key lock and answered my questions. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise. Right at the approximate time he estimated, I received a call my car was ready. I left feeling as a valued customer and wanted to share the great experience I had. I would proudly recommend the Stoneham location thanks to Greg snd his team! I hope this gets back to Greg as he made the difference! Until next time..Loreta

I had a last minute need to replace severely worn down tires and brakes and the Goodyear team was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and transparent about the process. The fear of any car transaction is not knowing what you might be getting yourself into, but the Goodyear team walked me through each detail, nuance, and line item to ensure I understood what need to be replaced, why it needed to be fixed, and how I could better maintain by car moving forward. AND unlike any other maintenance shop, they walked me through the warranty process, how I can ensure I’m covered moving forward, and they setup a follow-up appointment to help me take better care of my vehicle moving forward.Leadership starts at the top and clearly sets the tone for this Goodyear branch, the Store and Service manager run an unrivaled operation, customer obsessed operation, and there’s no doubt I’ll be a lifetime customer for the rest of my maintenance needs.

I had a flat and needed it repaired on Memorial Day. It turned out the tire wasn't repairable, but they were upfront about that and had a tire in stock for a reasonable price. The staff here were courteous and quick - I'd go back if I needed to.

My Dear fellow drivers, please avoid this store. Getting service there will most likely ruin your day. Furthermore, be careful when you go to other Goodyear stores, I believe bad corporate culture creates bad employees.Nick, the manager of this store, was very rude and impatient to me. I feel his EQ is definitely offline. I asked tire balance service there in front of Nick and the front desk representative. I didn't get what Nick said to me first time before that was a three parties conversation and I got distracted. I asked Nick to repeat the price again, he became mad and raise his voice volume dramatically as robotic speaker. I am not sure why Goodyear assigned Nick as a manager in this store. You are ruining your business. If a person only can do a mechanical job, don't let him go to the front of customers showing off his shocking interpersonal skills.
