If you are like me and need Motivation and Accountability have no fear this is the place to be. Prior to joining this gym, I struggled getting to the gym and wasted tons of money on a personal trainer. Don't get me wrong, my previous trainer was great, I met with her once a week, but it stopped there. I couldn't find the motivation to go to the gym the rest of the time so my 1x a week just wasn't cutting it. I heard so many great things about Fire Up Fitness I had to give it a shot. After my 1st complimentary class I realized this was my place! The small group classes were really like having a personal trainer. Accountability was taken care of because you book your classes online ahead of time, which for me guaranteed I would go! Okay, so as for the actual gym experience this place is nothing like going to a traditional gym! The classes are so much fun and Sheri has an amazing way of incorporating cardio/weight training into each class that you get a great workout, have fun, and at the end of a class know you just physically exhausted every muscle in your body. As for the other clients, I can't say enough. All age groups and body types are represented. There is never any shame, but only support to be offered. Sheri has a knack for modifying all exercises based on ability and is very tuned into each of her clients strengths and weaknesses. I highly recommend you give Fire Up Fitness a shot. As a mom of 4, working full time, I never have a problem finding a class that is convenient to my schedule and you can't beat the price!

Love fire up fitness! I am 7 months in and have so much more energy and feel much healthier working out with Sheri. She is so helpful in teaching new members the ropes and I never felt like a class was too difficult or too easy since you can modify to your own level. Workouts are challenging, fresh and constantly changing and Sheri helped keep me accountable longer than I have in the past. love the group of people who i have met at fire up! Welcoming, inclusive and motivating! ?

Fire Up Fitness is an amazing place to be, whether physically or virtually. The workouts are super-high energy with a focus on strength building and metabolic conditioning, and the trainers and community are incredibly supportive. When the pandemic hit and gyms were required to close, Sheri (the owner) never missed a beat. She immediately started offering online classes that fit our new schedules and that we could all do from home — these workouts are as challenging and fun as the ones in the studio, they fill me with positive energy, and they keep us all accountable. Sheri has really set the tone in the Fire Up community to be about getting stronger together and supporting each other, and I love that.

Ever since the COVID19 crisis began, I’ve been doing Sheri’s online workouts with my mom on our back porch. I can honestly say I look forward to it every week—you really work so many different muscles and it’s the perfect combination of strength, cardio, and toning! Her classes are so different from any other workout I’ve done and Sheri’s energy is always so motivating. Highly recommend!

As a teenage athlete playing for AAU Basketball, I am always looking for new fun and creative ways to get faster, jump higher and become stronger. Sheri comes up with all sorts of ways to help me do that with unique pieces of equipment in various locations, inside and outside. She also incorporates balance, stability and core training which makes me an unstoppable force on the court! Love training at Fire Up Fitness and love Firing Up!

I have been a member for a month and I have never worked out as hard, ever! The workouts are very challenging and Sheri always offers modifications for beginners or for those who want to challenge themselves. She's great at providing correction and is always encouraging me. I have never been so motivated! In this short time, I can already see the changes in my body and strength.

I started going to the outside bootcamp for 2 weeks now after a friend recommended it. And I can’t thanks Sheri (owner/trainer)enough. Sheri contacted me within minutes of my inquiry email and I was excited to start. Two weeks in and I’m beyond happy, wouldn’t change it for the world. The bootcamp is great and so energetic, I used to drag myself in the mornings to get up but now I look forward to my mornings to get up and start my workout with Sheri. Thank you so much Sheri, you are a Doll. ?⬆️

Since I joined Fire Up Fitness, I have gone from arthritic and out of shape to strong, agile, and pain-free. I just want to say that up front because the results really are as extraordinary as that statement. Before joining, I had tried many forms of exercise, but everything left my knees screaming - it’s hard to motivate when you fear the aftermath! The first three months with Sheri were tough as my body adjusted, but I kept going because I was just having so much dang FUN! All classes are small, so you get a lot of one-on-one attention, and every single class is different, so you never get bored. Just as importantly, though, with all of that one-on-one attention, Sheri taught me proper form to minimize stress to my joints, so I began to fear the aftermath less and less (she does this in a personalized way for everyone!). Eventually my body did adjust, but how it adjusted is what surprised me the most. My whole body became stronger, more balanced. Suddenly my quads and hamstrings were able to evenly support my knees, and I no longer needed the cortisone injections I had been taking for years. I haven’t had cortisone in nearly 18mo now, and I have NO knee pain at all. This past spring, when the weather first hit 70deg, I spontaneously decided to go for a jog, something I haven’t done in years due to the arthritis but have missed terribly as I used to be a distance runner. That day, I knew my knees would make me pay, but I decided it was worth it "just this once" and went. But you know what? NO knee pain! I ran for the first time in years and my knees did just fine! The last time I ran, before joining Sheri's gym, my knees were swollen for weeks and I could barely climb stairs. I’m not saying I’m going to be running any marathons these days, but whereas before I was feeling slightly handicapped and with few exercise options, now I just feel so strong, and healthy, and... capable! THANK YOU SHERI for giving me my health back! ❤️

Ask anyone who knows me, I'm not the kind of person who likes to work out near other people (unless sports). At first I started going to some classes just to support my wife. Now I'm totally hooked, every class is different & you can modify anything. On top of that the support group is amazing, it's a great group of mostly women. I go at least 3 days a week. Soccer just started up, I was worried that I wouldn't be in shape, but as soon as I stepped onto the field I found that I was in the best shape of my life. Thanks Sheri! Fire Up!

Love Fire Up Fitness! I can’t say enough about how happy I am to have found this exercise studio!! Sheri is warm and welcoming, as are all the members. There’s lots of support and everyone motivates every one else. More importantly, Sheri knows her stuff! She doesn’t just tell you to do something, she tells you why you are doing it, what muscles you are training and she models correct form. She’s amazing! I've been going to Fire Up Fitness for almost a year and a half, and can't recommend it enough. When I tried to work out at other gyms in the past, I would stick with it for a couple months or so then always fall off track and stop going. Since Fire Up, I have consistently worked out 3-5 times a week, and have not fallen off track at all. I actually feel motivated and excited to work out now! There are a number of reasons I love this gym, but to start.. Sheri is amazing! She's very thorough in showing us the exercises while also adjusting us as necessary, gives modifications and is a great motivator. The studio is very clean and all the workout equipment is top of the line, every class is different and extremely challenging and I've met so many amazing people at Fire Up. It seriously feels like being part of a small community. Most importantly though, I've noticed a change in myself physically and mentally. I'm much stronger than when I first started, more toned and more confident in my body. I'm doing things I never thought I could do. This studio has changed my outlook on working out. Thank you Fire Up!
