I have been to this place many times and have always had a trust. I recently wanted to sell my engagement ring. I had taken it in there to get an estimate and was very forthcoming and honest about all my information. Including that, it was an I2 Diamond, which I guess I've learned isn't the diamond you should have, LOL. It was 1.59 carats. Sure, it had some inclusions, but it was a beautiful diamond. Anyway, I went in a few months ago and spoke to a gentleman who quoted me $2200. I wasn't 100% ready, so I held on to it.I didn't get that in writing, and I guess I should have. So, I'm finally prepared to sell it, and I made my way over there today, and it was a different gentleman than I dealt with. I told them that I had been there before and I'm sure they could see that. I was then offered $1,200, and I explained to the guy that that was a vast difference from what I was told and why. And he just gave me whatever answer and didn't care that someone else who worked there gave me a much higher estimate. He kept telling me about the color and all of that, and I explained yes, I know it was all known. I said the person even called someone on the phone, and they told him what to offer. That did not matter at all to this gentleman. I should have just taken the offer that day, but I had a trust that even if their mind changed this time, it wouldn't be so out of what I was told I would get. I was upset near tears because if someone is selling their engagement ring, you know, you could probably read between the lines. And then see how upset I was, and you know I was told something different? He kept smiling at me and telling me to have a good day. Okay. Yeah, I'm having a great day. Being in the desperate, horrible position that I am in, I had no choice but to take it. Thank you, you made my day. You shouldn't lie to your customers, and you should always provide them with a written estimate of what you offer moving forward. Don't do this to everybody else.

I contacted Elite Jewelers regarding getting a watch engraved and immediately received an email back explaining their services. I brought the watch into the shop and picked it up a few days later.
