When I went into lobby of Stoneham bank .. they have a tv with a pride flag and saying they were an inclusive bank . I won’t be doing anymore business with Eastern bank !!! Keep your political views out of business!! Suvknof it being thrown in our face

I went there with a check from one of my summer camps and was basically accused of trying to pass a fraudulent check. Even though there is a line and procedures for dealing with Government checks this was not followed and instead Maureen Furtado told me whoever wrote the check knew it was not able to be cashed. I was asked to leave with no real explanation. I got a call from a higher up who apologized from Maureen's incompetence and explained what she should of done and how it was easy and not sure why it was not followed. I am pretty sure it was a big check brought in by a black face the put up the unwarranted negative customer interaction. I must say I went to Newton and it was such an opposite experience I opened 2 new accounts with them. Remember prejudice is just judgement from ignorant people. Be you no matter what.

When my Mass Save contractor LOST my $10k deposit bank-check, Eastern Bank was able to get one reissued in little time. Thanks for saving the day!

Eastern Bank in Stoneham is like walking into my home , they make me feel like family!! Maureen is like a sister to me , she listens to all my tales of woe even when she's probably not in the mood! My husband and I have Been with Eastern bank for many years now and will remain there until I croak !!!!

Love Eastern Bank in Stoneham! They are all friendly and helpful. Small town feel. Has been my bank since 1996. It feels like you matter as a customer know matter how much you have in your account. They helped me get a 2nd home! Best of all, dog friendly!
