Young man at register was so helpful and pleasant. He helped me with a Capital One deposit and he did a great job. Real asset to CVS

there is a purple haired women who will ask you your age and for id before you buy gift cards, and will REFUSE to sell you gift cards for literally any services if you are under 18 or don’t have id on you. Incredibly rude, do not EVER GO HERE.

I can't recommend this CVS Pharmacy location. The only reason why I frequent this spot is because it's nearby and I don't want to travel all over to pick up prescriptions. The staff always appears disorganized. They're understaffed. I was told once that my prescription had been "misplaced". That's terrible and it's the last thing I want to hear. I use the drive-thru on occasion, but they aren't attentive.

Store is always a mess - always. Items are hard to find, and shelves are either empty or cluttered. Staff is sometimes helpful, but often surly, or just flat out rude. The entire store clearly needs a reset, or new leadership.

App never accurately displays prescription status. When you call they tell you to come on in, and then when you get there they tell you the order is in process and will not give you an accurate timeline for prescription readiness. Recommend you try another location or pharmacy.

Very busy location because the hours are longer than most others so a lot of people won't go here. But most them are really friendly and helpful when you were able to talk to them. Brianna in particular. One day their phone system was down for a technical problem and she actually listened my voicemail and called me back within half an hour to give me the info I needed. They do their best but some days it's really busy!

The pharmacy is really bad. They have been rude to me more than one time. Today I picked an anti-fungal (Clotrimazole) and an antibiotic (Mupirocin) under prescription of the pediatrician for my son. The pharmacist was suggesting a different application than the pediatrician initially recommended and I was inquiring on the reasons why. She became defensive and started calling Clotrimazole an antibiotic. Then she rolled her eyes when I pointed out that Clotrimazole is not an antibiotic and she just went away. The cashier then ignored me when I was asking why people are not nice in this pharmacy. If you can, don't go there!

Every CVS in the area except this CVS is willing to help. Won’t even answer a question if they have a medication in stock because I did not physically have a copy of the prescription in hand, this prescription is on back order all over the place. My assumption is they have it, but they will not answer the question very unhelpful I will never ever go to the CVS again.Mind you the prescription is for a 10-year-old little boy that suffers from Crohn’s disease and ADHD. I had the same issue last month with the same exact prescription went into multiple CVS locations, called on the phone. Everybody was kind told me if they had it in stock or if they didn’t found a place that had it in stock did not have a hardcopy called my child’s doctor and had a prescription faxed over immediately and got the medication. I understand they cannot hold the medication but if they have it, they can say they do at that time, and I can at least try to fill the medication but the pharmacist refused to give me an answer and told me I needed the paper copy just to answer the question.Update:I called different CVS and guess what the pharmacist told me they had the medication in stock. My reply was I know you can not hold it however I’m going to have my sons doctor send the medication over first thing in the morning. The pharmacist was great and said we will keep an eye out and if we can not fill it I will call you!! Don’t understand why it was so difficult for the pharmacist is at the stoneham CVS to to give a straight answer.I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THE STONEHAM CVS AGAIN. You treat me rude, a mother who is trying to help her son, you don’t deserve my business!! The biggest part of why was his attitude and believe me he got my attitude back and I’m not that type of person but he rubbed me the wrong way. It was a simple yes of no!

Everyone that works at the pharmacy is super kind and helpful and seem like they really care. Always answer the phone too unlike most other CVS branches.
