I have bronchitis and went to pick up my medication and inhaler. I literally get to the pharmacy at 6:01pm and they say they can’t do anything about it. Absolutely crazy. They don’t care about you.

Anyone going to a CVS inside a Target should know that they are not run by CVS. Target contracts with them to use the name and distribute Rx. The " pharmacists" are employed by Target. I know this because I just had a bad experience where they mailed me the wrong drug. The level of incompetence I experienced dealing with the people in the Danvers store was mind boggling. The pharmacist told me that CVS is just a name, they don't follow any CVS cards, promotions, etc. They are Target. Proof of that is my refund for the drugs came from Target, not CVS.My advice is, if you need off the shelf stuff, go there. If you need a pharmacist, NEVER EVER go there.

I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy. The ones I will mention are that this location has not had my medication in stock for about a year now. Which wouldn't have been an issue if they notified me. Multiple months in a row I was told the script was being renewed and when I went to pick it up they told me they were out of stock. Then I would have to refill at other pharmacy. All which caused me to miss some of my medication days. Recently I decided to go there for a flu shot. Scheduled a time online, filled out all the paperwork online all to make this go easily. I got there waited 10 minutes for the pharmacist to see me. Then told me even though my appointment was at 10 he couldn't get to me until 10:20 at the earliest. The store was empty, drive thru was empty, yet he couldn't take me when my appointment was? I told him forget it. Walked over to CVS in Target and got the shot all in the time it would have taken me to wait. Like I said this is a few of many, many issues I have had at this store over the past 5 years. There are too many other locations to go to, to have to go to this one.

Horrible.Pharmacy never answers the phone forcing you to drive there, only to find out that your prescription isn't ready. Would love to go elsewhere, but my insurance recognizes CVS.Good luck!!!!

I call this store numerous times and I'm put on hold up to 10+ minutes then 5+ minutes just to ask a simple question if they have a shingles shot and if i can come in tomorrow and get it, but I can never get through to this store. I'm sorry no one should be waiting that long on hold when there are 3-4 people there that can pick up a phone.

I just walked 3 miles to this location to buy 1 important item to clean the room I'm moving out of. I stopped along the way to notify the police of a suspicious abandoned backpack, but I still got there 3 minutes before 10, the doors were locked and some deuchebag shakes his no at me. He's right. No more CVS for me. I have a photo to prove it but I can't figure out how to post it.

This location never answers their phone, which is a huge issue for me. Every time I want to check if my prescription is ready, I need to drive all the way there and wait in line.

This pertains to both Melrose and Stoneham CVS. I phoned CVS in Melrose and after navigating through the menu was connected to a human in the pharmacy. They didn't have the item I need and suggested I "call around" to other pharmacies myself to try and find it (it would've been nice if they could've found it for me!). I then phoned CVS in Stoneham, and using the automated system, I navigated through the menu to be placed on hold for the pharmacy. After more than twenty minutes on hold (I counted), all the while listening to the ads CVS runs during the hold function, I was suddenly disconnected. Nice job guys!
