Never go to this branch. You are better off driving an hour away. If it’s further, then just give up. The manager is a sleazy greaseball and speaks disrespectfully to the older women just looking for help or guidance. No idea how this branch has not hired somebody else to run it. Crying shame.

Went there today at 1:30pm and they were closed, No Signs, Nothing, How inconvenient to there customers, They should close that branch permanently.

The only reason I'm at this bank is they're less than a block from my house. I never get a satisfactory answer from customer service. The bank employees are mostly nice, but don't ask for anything out of the ordinary. They seem to have high turnover.

@Stoneham, MA, Stop and Shop branch. Just finished grocery shopping and needed to complete a 20 second deposit of a check. There were two tellers and a manager in her office, which she was helping a couple sitting down. One teller was helping and elderly gentleman and the other teller was standing at the other computer. I was the only person in line, no one waiting behind me. The teller at the computer finally looked up and saw me waiting with my check and credit card in hand. He motioned one minute to me and I acknowledged and waited patiently. He never greeted me or communicated at all, except the one minute gesture. Then he turned picked up a large thermos and just sauntered by me and left the store completely. Not a word, not a mention that he was on break, didn’t even ask what I needed help with, absolutely no customer service or care given. He was just completely disregarding, disinterested in assisting with my transaction and arrogant. I waited an additional five minutes, but the other teller was still busy with the other customer and the manager had her office door shut, so there was no one to help with my deposit, so I left. My husband was waiting in the car with our groceries anyway. Very poor and nonexistent customer service and totally unprofessional attitude. I’ve been a Citizens Bank customer for years and have multiplied accounts. That is definitely not a way to treat anyone, especially loyal customers. Shame on You!

I like the people who work there,however they are never open when I need them. Close early on Friday, at 3pm and only open 9am 12pm on Sat. No hours on Sunday. Useless to me. No reason not to shift hours on Friday to accommodate customers who are still working. Same hours opened, but open later and close later. I'm over it. Then, we are charged fees for everything I'm switching banks. The hours were what kept me here this long, now we dont have th as t. C-ya
