I should have read these reviews before using Cape Ann Kitchens for my $65,000 kitchen renovation. There were issues from day one and the cabinets still (18 months later, I know COVID, but 18 months???) do not fit properly. Tricia has been called and emailed probably 30-40 times asking for help. She even said she is only helping us as an intermediary for the cabinet company! Who don't respond. New Tricia does not respond. Complete mess - you have been warned.

Two of my slow close kitchen cabinet drawers have never worked appropriately. We reached out to the owner and her contractor husband many months ago, but they have yet to repair them. Several also have cracks. The owner also seemed to have her own agenda from the start as to what cabinet and counter tops to choose.
