Not very talkative, but very quick and efficient. I went there to get special shoes. One quick visit to get measured, and came back in two weeks to pick them up. They did a great job on the shoes. Very satisfied.

Very polite and efficient. Sonia was excellent at guiding me through the process of getting the special shoes I needed. Peter explained the fitting and measuring process and in two weeks I had my shoes. I am pain free and very grateful to Sonia and Peter. Very professional, businesslike and efficient people.

My mom has bunions, and Bond gave her a pair of shoes a few months ago that she wears all the time because her feet don't hurt when she wears them, and they are easy for her to put on and take off (velcro straps). She had shopped around and this was the place that got the job done. She mentioned that they were a bit brusque, but we went for a long walk today and her feet are fine. They aren't beautiful but she can always wear painful shoes if she wants to dress up. Thanks Bond Shoe & Foot!

I have been in pain and unable to walk for over seven years. This morning I put on my new shoes (custom made) and walked. I can walk a short distance without a walker and I can go all over the with it. I could not do this with my previous orthopedic shoes. I used a scooter.. Peter is a master craftsman. I recommend Bond Shoes to anyone with an orthopedic need. Thank you Peter and Bond Shoes for improving my life.

Go somewhere else. The man who fits the orthotics does not communicate. You feel like you are imposing. Yes they will do adjustments without complaint but I have much more pain than I started with now weeks later.

Poor customer service. The woman at the desk doesn't even say hello. She is very rude. She walked away from me as I sat and waited. The owner, Peter Bozovic was also rude. I should have walked out. Unfortunately I paid $550.00 for a pair of inserts. I had not picked out a shoe to make these custom. I called (after I got a 2nd opinion) to request a refund. I never received a call back. I called again today, the woman was rude on the telephone. They have a refund policy but never told me to look at a sign where it states it. It is not on the slip. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Customize arch support; my first visit. Business-like but polite and courteous; seems very knowledgeable. Picked-up the finish product today, and the new insoles seem strangely comfortable. I will know more after walking in them more. Also I told I can come back for any needed adjustments. However, I am satisfied at this point.

In 15 minutes I got more helpful information about my bunion and short Achilles Tendon problems than I have from anyone else in years. Will certainly recommend!

They couldn't care less about me. I have skin allergies and I wanted to know what were the materials made of that went into the making of the shoes. It was August of 2019 when I called them to have a pair of shoes made. When I called in October the woman who answered the phone told me they were half-way done researching the materials. I called again in December and she told me she didn't know the status of the research and she would call me back but she never called back and it is now February of 2020. If you have health issues they will not go out of their way for you. They are not worth the one star I rated them but I had to select at least one star to post a review. I don't know what I am going to do now since my feet ache and bother me all of the time from regular shoes.

It's a very cold atmosphere. Poor customer service. The man there, Peter, didn't look at me as he spoke to me. No pleasant expression on his face, looked unfriendly and cold. It made me feel very uncomfortable. The woman there was a little better than he was but not much. There was no warm greeting and a smile from either of them. It was like just getting right down to business.
