“I am so glad I found this place. I don’t like going to the large dealerships to get maintenance on my car so I called Hometown auto and had a great experience. They were very respectful. The job was done quickly and it was nowhere near the price I had been paying at other places. In addition I had, experienced driving through floodwater about two months ago and called them to find out if my car should be seen for possible damage. They were again so helpful, understanding and offered for me to come by the next day so they could check my car out. I highly recommend Hometown Auto! I will be back.”

“I work across the street so this shop is so convenient to a a drop off and no one has to give me a ride. Carlos has ALWAYS been wonderful to me. If I have a problem I go talk to him to find out when I can drop my car off. He inevitably says “leave it here now and I will fix, you can pick up after work.” Where else can you go and get immediate service? Just went in last Thursday to ask when I could leave the car, making a noise when I turn right…left at 8 picked up at 4 when I got out of work. Needed new brakes and no matter who I asked they told me I got a deal on pricing ! Thanks again Carlos, running great!”
“(Update) I had to go back to A1 after thinking the windshield motor had gone again. They were willing to honor a past warranty on the part, but it was the wiper transmission. They did the repair under some real time pressure, and it works great.Decided on using them when my regular mechanic wasn't available and Hometown had already screwed up twice. They were able to fix the wiper moter before the winter weather set in. Good price, nice enough staff. I'd go back!Service: Auto glass repair”

“Had a great experience with the service department. After waiting a long time to get an appointment to repair my car, Rich from service called to tell me they had some sick calls and was not sure if they would get to my car. He apologized and offered a few solutions that would make it easy for me to bring it back if need be. He called me again mid afternoon to tell me the mechanic brought my vehicle in and it needed a part that they wouldn’t be able to get to the morning, did I want to bring it back or could they keep it? I was able to secure my own transportation, so it was easier for everyone. Great service!”

“I'm not sure why but the staff changed almost monthly a while ago BUT the past 4+ months has been a huge change. It's a cast of characters in a good way. the quality of products is better than I expected for a gas station. the help with lotto or finding a snack is on point and I usually get a laugh. It's a good place and they actually care I've seen them actually pay for a guys gas out of pocket cause he needed help. That is rare nowadays”

Unfortunately I don't have his name on hand but he's been there for years.
