(Update) I had to go back to A1 after thinking the windshield motor had gone again. They were willing to honor a past warranty on the part, but it was the wiper transmission. They did the repair under some real time pressure, and it works great.Decided on using them when my regular mechanic wasn't available and Hometown had already screwed up twice. They were able to fix the wiper moter before the winter weather set in. Good price, nice enough staff. I'd go back!Service: Auto glass repair

I am so impressed with A1 Auto!!! I called A1 Auto in Stoneham on Monday 6/28/21 because my condenser was cracked in my Honda Accord, therefore I had no AC In this Scorching heat… he told me he could take my car in first thing Tuesday morning- since it was in the middle of a heat wave all shops were flooded with AC work he ordered the part so it couldn’t be worked on until Wednesday but he gave me his word it would be done by the end of the day Wednesday- he got it done & even stayed a few minutes late to finish the job! If you’re looking for an honest, fair priced auto repair shop, look no further than A1. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you guys SO MUCH for fixing my AC so fast & for a great price! We no longer have to worry about driving in this heat!I will return to A1 auto with ANY & ALL future auto repairs!Services: Air conditioning

Wonderful mechanic here. The work is done very well despite it taking long. The price is always super reasonable and they are always willing to work with you on prices. The mechanics here are super honest with car issues that find. Best part about this shop they don't charge you to look at your car. This shop also saved my car from a horrible oil change done by jiffy lube. Highly recommend this place.

No doubt in my mind the best shop in the area. The staff is super friendly and no job is too big for them. Unlike other shops the owner understands that your satisfaction and happiness come from good service, speedy repairs and reasonable pricing. If you want the job done right without spending and arm and a leg then check out A-1 Auto of Stoneham. Even if it's just a question give them a call and they will try and help you to the best of there ability over the phone if not they'll find a way to work with you to solve a problem. Just ask around and you'll see why everyone recommends this place.
