Ive been corresponding with David (manager) for weeks to ensure that we selected the right size unit for our needs and that it was available. His patience, expertise and exceptional service did not go unnoticed. We signed for our unit yesterday and had the pleasure of working with Rob, who was also fantastic. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone searching for storage. My experience has been great.”

“Took a large storage unit for six months. Lots of parking and easy access loading dock. Temp control for units is great, the building (including bathroom) are immaculately kept up. Staff accommodating and helpful. Easy access to highways. We felt safe with our items in the unit and would rent from 10x again if needed. Thanks!”
“I have rented from Cubesmart on a few different occasions over the years, and have always been treated with respect and courtesy. I love the climate controlled units as well as cement floors.Dev and Justin are always very helpful whenever I’ve had to rent a unit, change a unit or move out of a unit.I cannot say that I was happy that the company had a major unit pricing increase, but Dev and Justin were able to find another unit quickly so I could move my things into a unit I could afford.”

“The owner is pretty darn cool, has a awesome corvette with a pretty cool trick he may show tell you about if you ask.The associates are awesome so shout out to James, dude was the biggest help with figuring out stuff for a big move.Everyone there was also friendly and not super serious which makes it hard to talk or ask questions.Definitely recommend for renting moving vans, clean and in-stock, clean area and well covered u-box loading area, the storage area is well ventilated but there aren't doors closing off areas incase of fires but they have good security and sprinklers. The drivable area is good so no pot holes and weird parking. The inside store has a lot of commonly purchased products which are over priced.”

“Great ownership and well-kept facility. Very secure, fully gated and monitored by security cameras. I am never worried that my valuables will be tampered with or stolen. I have used their storage bays for years without any incidents! The owners are actually ON SITE! Not a national chain. Very competitive pricing, too! 10/10 would recommend!!!”

“We were just moved from ***** to **** ***, ** by Nathaniel and Nick of Real Deal Van Lines, of **********, **. After a two hr. drive to ***** to meet them, we were happily surprised they arrived on their designated time of 9:30 a.m. They called 1/2 hr. before arrival time to begin communication. They cleaned out our 2 storage units in record time and everything was organized in the truck and filled to the very edge of the door of the truck. They were in communication on our return trip to Cape Cod. Cannot say enough about how hard these guys worked!! We had several heavy items and they brought them in and placed them exactly where we wanted them...and even moved them again if we wanted them to!! These guys were so friendly and accommodating!! We were going to give them a reasonable tip but ended up doubling it because they worked so hard!!! On another note..we cannot believe final payment was within the quote!!!!! I had been warned to be aware of low moving quotes that I might get scammed and that didn't happen...thankfully!!! Highly recommend Real Deal of **********, **!!!!We did not have expensive furniture. Our belongings were mostly packed in banana boxes wrapped in trash bags for protection. So express concerns if you want your move handled with special care. Wish these special guys could've used the dolly more for their own safety and physical strain on the body so they can continue to do a great job in the future. This review was written by a real customer, not family or friend!! So thankful for our experience with Real Deal!!”
