-5⭐️ is what they deserve!!Customer service is horrible and they are not responsible for their mistakes. sold me a transmission that they never had and Sent me to a lockdown place to pick it up, waisted my time for 3 weeks!! !!They trying to be look like a big company but the reality is they are worse than a local junk yard with no experience! Never recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible customer service. Bought a bumper, was told that this was going to come to the Sterling MA facility and that it was open until 5pm (by sales rep). Online also states 5pm... Got to the warehouse at 4:30 and the entire place is empty. Call customer service and have to be patched through 3 lines of communication before they tell me that the facility closes at 4pm. First suggestion: post correct hours of operation on Google. Come on, it's 2017. No excuses here. Once I was patched through to the sales rep who sold me the bumper, he let me know that NO ONE from the Leominster MA office could come and assist me (even though the part was paid for in full already and just needed to be picked up). Best part of that is the Leominster facility is less than 3 miles away! Second suggestion: have someone who can access your warehouse on the clock. How else are people going to be able to buy stuff! Finally, the rep said that there is nothing that they can do besides ship to the Leominster store location the following day and I would have to pick it up there... So great, now I need to wait another 24 hours for them to ship a bumper 3 miles... which makes me come to my final suggestion: tell people in advance the correct business hours of operation, when they can come to pick up their products, and educate your sales teams on your facility store hours. Simple. Not buying from here again since a simple bumper purchase was such a hassle.
