I had a scary encounter when I hit a deer with hit my car in the middle of the night. Thankfully, I called Triple AAA and got help from Dave G. from Five Star Towing. He was absolutely amazing!Dave G. showed up super fast, even though it was 2 a.m. I was really worried, but his quick arrival made me feel better right away. He knew exactly what to do and hooked up my car securely without wasting any time. He was also really nice and made sure I felt okay.The best part was when he parked my car on a narrow street near my house. It was a tough spot, but Dave G. managed to maneuver his tow truck like a pro. He didn't hit any other cars, which was a huge relief for me.I can't stress enough how great Dave and Five Star Towing were. If you ever need towing help, they're the ones to call. Dave is friendly, quick, and really good at what he does. I highly recommend Five Star Towing and Dave!

I had a flat tire at work and called AAA. They sent Five Star Towing and Harlan showed up 30 minutes before they said he would be there. He was so pleasant and accommodating.

Trevor was the technician that came to assist, he was amazing! Super courteous and determined. Oddly enough the keys were in the trunk, and the release was busted, but he was able to retrieve the keys. Super great employee to have on your team!Service: Car lockouts

Man today was rough, I thought I had one flat tire during busy traffic on Rt.2 and was happy when William arrived to help me out. Shortly after, we realized a second was flat. Thankfully, he readjusted our plan, loaded my vehicle on the bed of his truck and got me home safely. Thank you William, and 5 Star Towing for your great customer service!Services: Local hauling

William was my driver today. He was appointed through AAA roadside assistance. He was very professional and funny. He called me shortly after I got off with AAA. He gave me reassurance and an ETA. He showed up sooner than expected! He was very quick and careful loading my motorcycle on to the truck. It was done on a dangerous busy highway near a merging lane but he didn’t let that slow him down. I am very happy with this service and William’s professionalism. Thank you very much! I was having issues with my car battery & it died multiple times so I called Five Star Towing and they arrived quickly and were incredibly helpful and efficient. The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with them!

Harley saved the day. I needed a mini excavator moved a few times and he made it happen. A big thank you to Larae in dispatch for coordinating the trucks when I needed them. Five Star Towing is the best.

UPDATE: The claim was not closed so please stop the continued lies. AAA had my old address from CT which doesn't matter in this case as the car was towed in MA. The footage was sent from the security company which took a couple days as they needed approvals from our management company....Video is not able to be loaded but attached is a photo of disproving their lie that their driver never used wood planks on the wheel.Claim was filed with AAA so thanks for the great response and 5 Star told AAA I was the one that damaged the vehicle with wooden boards...Would've been a smart lie if the whole tow wasn't caught on camera by complex cameras. You should teach your drivers how to be honest and actually tow a car properly... Also the footage is on its way to AAA as they are the ones handling the claim so you should get that from them shortly. And no worries, I definitely will be requesting someone else going forward.If you need a tow in the Leominster, Clinton, Lancaster, Sterling area, I highly suggest using someone else! 2nd time using this company and both times they’ve done damaged to two new cars. I’m forced to use this company as Triple A sends them out… The damage was multiple scratches, curbed a wheel and alignment being destroyed. I’ve had multiple tows over the years but never had an issue until these guys.This last time, the guy was more worried in finishing within 5 min instead of actually trying to tow correctly. Had an unexpected break down on Rt. 2 in Fitchburg. Called AAA, and Zach V came out to help. He was fast, professional, friendly, and even funny.
