This is a poorly run kennel and I would avoid leaving any animal that you love there. The manager is terrible and the owner is worse. The owner personally told me taking care of dogs is easy because they sleep 16 -18 hours a day. There is no air conditioning for the dogs at all. The kennel is dark and dingy. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

When we adopted our first dog in October of last year we immediately brought him to Champion Kennels to begin their level one training course. Since then we have enrolled in several classes because we love it so much! We have gained so much knowledge and support in each of these classes that is priceless as a first time dog owner. Champion is also the only place I feel comfortable boarding my dog. The level of care and love that they show to my boy is unmatched. Each time we pull into the parking lot his tail is wagging a mile a minute because he is so excited! The pricing for both day and night boarding is incredibly reasonable especially with how well taken care of I know he is. We owe so much to Champion Kennels and can not say enough positive things about them!

After adopting my rescue in October, I immediately got him into training classes here and we haven’t stopped since! We’ve done positive training level 1 and 2, dog sport, and multiple levels of nose work. Each class has been amazing and I’ve gained so much knowledge from the trainers as a first time dog owner. I have boarded my dog here both for the day and over night and I love seeing how excited he gets when we pull into the parking lot. Every staff member knows him by name and genuinely cares about him and get excited to see him come in. There prices are extremely reasonable for the level of care and love that is shown to your pet during their stay! I can not say enough positive things about Champion Kennels!

one trainer here kicked puppies and recommend we yank a nipping puppy's leash to correct it. the trainer who came after her whipped a dog with separation anxiety and told us to be the alpha over our dogs. I left classes extremely confused at times.

Love this place there pet food is very reasonable. And only place I know of that you can get fresh marrow bones.

After a horrible experience with a boarder in Sudbury Mass my Vet recommended that I try Champion Kennels in Sterling. My babies have had 2 day visits and one overnight. They have been loved and welcomed by the staff and I could not be more pleased. I can now leave Howie and Charlotte knowing they are not only well cared for they are happy. Cannot say enough good things about Champion Kennels!

It's a great place. Brought Kaiser for training, one class but he definitely needs more. Then tried an over night stay, and I think he loved it. We had he him stay while we were gone on vacation.

I used Champion for the first time over Thanksgiving break for a few days. My dog had been groomed prior to the holiday so I wasn't really expecting him to come back from being boarded smelling the same way. I was so pleasantly surprised, he was clean, smelled great and was as happy as could be, which speaks volumes of the cleanliness and care he received. I would definately recommend Champion for your boarding needs as they will take great care of your precious pup. Thanks so much Champion!!

We recently boarded our dog and cat overnight at Champion for several days, and we couldn’t be happier with their kindness, care, and professionalism! Both pets had little to no experience with boarding, and so we were a bit apprehensive about leaving them in an unfamiliar place. Everyone at Champion was so kind and patient with us, answering all of our questions and reassuring us that our pets were in good hands! Plus, we were really pleased at how clean and spacious their facilities were.While we were away, Champion staff were extremely responsive when we asked for updates/photos, and at pickup, we were thrilled to see how happy our pets were. It was clear that they were very well cared for! They also came home with little report cards about their stay, which was a great personal touch.We’ll certainly be using Champion’s services again, if need be. Thanks to everyone there who made this such a positive experience for us!

They do an outstanding job here! I have used both their day-board and overnight-boarding services for my Belgian Malinois. Not a single issue. I would highly recommend them!

Champion Kennels watched our fur babies for 8 days when we went on vacation, they were amazing! They reached out to us when our dogs weren't eating the first day on things we could do to try to get them to eat, they sent us pictures and posted some pictures. One of our dogs is anxious and has so many allergies and they were so accommodating. They answered my checking in text messages and they were so responsive I never had to worry! We will definitely use them for boarding again. Thank you so much champion kennels and your wonderful staff!!
