whenever I go into this store for my lunch snack the nice woman at the counter always treats me great. she is so nice and friendly (most places customer service is unfriendly or rude). She is the best. thank you !!

I almost died at that gas station. The way it was set up is a liability. The parking lot is waaaaaay to close to gas pump. A huge truck almost backed into me when I parked at the gas pump and almost took me out. Today I am in alot of shock because of this because I almost died.

I wanted to write you to express my gratitude, and recognize Sonya at BP in Sterling, Ma.Living down the road, I came to BP to fill a low tire. When I pulled in Sonya was outside and treated me with a friendly hello! When she noticed I was trying to use the pump, she let me know cards weren’t working, and asked to confirm I had change. When I came up short, about $1.25 short, she was extremely kind to give me her own change to be able to fill my tire and resume my morning commute.While I can tell this is nothing new to Sonya, I had to do something to return the kindness, so I wanted to share my positive experience when so much of today is negative. By the entire interaction I know Sonya cares about her job, her community and leads by example. It was truly refreshing, and she helped put my day back in a positive track!
