“I called to inquire about an adjustable steam valve for radiators and they were very professional and respectful, they found it within seconds and had a reasonable price. When I came to the supply storage all I had to do was mention that I was the one who called about it, he had the parts pulled within a couple minutes. Spent 5 minutes in the store and was on my way. Great customer service.”
“Hey it’s Costco, big boxes & low prices. Ave their gas is the lowest. There’s always a line, but take note…The filler houses are extra long and can reach the opposite side- so you can go in any lane and fill your car. Even if it’s a truck- we filled our F150 from the wrong side.”
“We own Primavera restaurant in Ludlow and just installed the new Spot On system 3 days ago. Dave and his team have been incredibly supportive with system programming, installation, training, quick mods and extremely responsive on a 24x7 basis. The system is very user friendly and the backoffice, capability to do analytics, reports, mods to menus, etc is absolutely easy and happens real time. Even other customers were super chill as we threw axes in the aisle ("You should get that axe-throwing set--my kids love it!"), had a dance party amidst the bulk-nut offerings or just engaged in general shopping-cart buffoonery. Come one, come all to the Costco at Enfield!”
“I was wandering around the store this morning looking for Poppycock, which I have done on three separate occasions. I stopped an employee named Chris J. and asked if she knew where I might find it, she looked and said maybe in front of the store. I thank her and continued on shopping. 15 minutes later while I was in the frozen food section here comes Chris with two cans of Poppycock original and Cashew, I took both. I have never had an employee of BJ's go above and beyond in such a way. I am very grateful. Thank you Chris J. you are one very nice person”

“I have found that getting my gas here is a good experience. There's an attendant there who is always walking outside and is quick to offer any assistance as needed. This is a very popular gas station in the community, and at times the lines are very long, but they usually move very quickly. This is the best price for gas in the area.”

“I love this Coscto! It's so conveniently located for us between Bradley Hartford Int airport and our destination in Southern Vermont. Always clean and orderly which makes for hitting all the aisles safely and quickly. I would have given 5 stars but this is the second time I've had no toilet tissue in the ladies room stall! Ugh! Sorry no pics...but come on, it's a Costco!”
