My partner and I moved to Massachusetts a few months ago and have been driving around in an older car until it finally gave out last week. We only have one vehicle and ended up with a rental car and needing to find a new vehicle quickly. As somewhat inexperienced car buyers, Mike helped us through the process and got us taken care of right away. He provided us with options for insurance as well and we were able to avoid a really difficult and expensive situation. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a used car!

Mike is THE MAN !!! 3 weeks ago my wife and I’s car up and died. A very dependable Subaru we’ve had for 10 years , we went on carvana which turned into an utter nightmare equaling no car…. I work 17 miles away and couldn’t afford to lose my job , so I go the rental route which in turn was another nightmare… I call Mike and explain my situation and graciously he referred me to his website to go through all the pertinents assuring me if I can help you I will, about an hour and a half he calls me back with good news I’m approved and here’s what I’d need to make a deal. About 5 days go by as my wife and I discussed our options, not one phone call pressing me to make a deal he let us discuss and see if it worked for us and we decided yes it does work. I go down and see Mike on a Saturday morning and we closed the deal. He then proceeds to go way above and beyond to accommodate us and get us in our vehicle. Fast forward to Monday he calls and says come and get it, I do and there were a few hiccups on my part not Mike’s but he guided us through. Mike your amazing you made a difficult process seamless. We love our Rav 4 your a Godsend. People go see Mike whatever your situation is he doesn’t judge he sees you as a person not a sale. Mike is proof their is still good honest decent people in this world. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!

STAY AWAY FROM WESTERN MASS CARS (WMC) AND SHAMROCK MOTORS! Attempted Bait and Switch by letting me drive a nicer version of the car I wanted....good thing I noticed it on the paperwork! Wanted cash for the downpayment....when I asked for a receipt, I was told that no one asks for one, and I am the first person to ask for one! The receipts he gave were hand written on a sticky pad! Went to get my car inspected...it passed, but a strut was leaking.....was told that the mechanic at Shamrock in S Windsor, CT could fix it...but no loaner car and wouldn't pay for a rental for two days! Now I don't know what else is wrong with it! I already filed a complaint with the MA Attorney General's Office and am consulting a lawyer! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY BUSINESS, THEY ARE SHADY AS ANYTHING!!!!!!
