It's great to know that it takes up to 72 hrs for them to take the money out of my account to pay my brand new mortgage so they can charge me a $50 late fee. And screw up my entire pay system. As soon as I can refinance my house I will be looking for a new mortgage company. Will never use wells Fargo again. Just hope they don't take my home from me as I am a first time buyer. Why to screw up my experience.
