I went to Walgreens on Boston road.. started asking for a bag of syringes... The women insisted they were all out... Of every single gage and size... Can't workers just do their jobs and sell the dang products.. I'm really thinking these pharmacies be lying. At least most pharmacies don't have the right gages ever... But at least they have other choices of sizes smh

This place is trash especially the pharmacy. I would advise getting scripts anywhere else. Been waiting in drive through 25 minutes with one car in front of me. Now stuck because the line behind me. These guy are fn trash. Anyone giving 5 star reviews either work here or friends and family of those that do.

One of the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Always had issues at this specific one over the years. But, since it's so close to home I keep giving it another chance. The beverages are either expired or close to expiration, and I've gotten milk here once or twice and it's always been flat out spoiled. Tonight, though, crossed the line. The night staff is rude and rushes everyone out of the store as fast as they can with attitude. Didn't catch her name, but as I walked into the store, one of the closing employees pointed at her watch saying "two minutes to closing," and proceeded to chase us out of the store when the two minutes were up. She didn't even greet us with a hello or a polite reminder of the store's hours. I'm not the only one to complain; the other patrons were rushed out quickly, and they verbally voiced this in the parking lot. Nothing worse than rude customer service. Too bad, too, because it's less than a minute from my house. Pitiful.

Terrible customer service. I was waiting to check out for about three minutes there was no staff. Terry came to check me out and didn’t speak at all until I said hello. He was not welcoming at all. Need to treat customers with basic decency atleast regardless if you enjoy your job personally or if you’re having an off day. I don’t remember the woman’s name at the pharmacy, but she was delightful, kind and very warm. Only reason why I gave two stars instead of one. I also think Terry is staff leadership, from my experience, he does not seem to be a well suited example to lead those under him if they are influenced by the actions of their leaders.

DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TEST DONE AT WALGREENS ANY LONGER! This review is regarding their contract with Aegis Labs for Covid testing. Why on earth other than monetary reasons would Walgreens in Massachusetts be sending my covid test across the country? When Walgreens was primarily using Labcorp in CT the results were available in a timely manner during the Hardest times of this pandemic. NOW, going through Aegis it can take up to 3 days just to get to them. Ridiculous situation you are putting us people in from Massachusetts Walgreens. I will not be using your company again! SHAME ON YOU!

always have problems reloading cards for giveaways. their store policies dont coincide with any legal precedent. really odd, sporadic, completely random policies that are enforced sometimes and arent others.

Similar Walgreens to all the others. Location is at the intersection of Parker and Boston Rd so you are close to a lot of different things from restaurants, shopping, mechanics, and the highways both 291 and the turnpike.

Pharmacy lost my prescriptions. Told them the Rx number they stated the prescription was deleted. Could not tell me how or why. Pharmacist was very rude, yelling she can’t do anything about it.
