Completely garbage company and brick and mortar. They shock me with how appalling the customer service is. Rude people always trying to sell you garbage and just pushing it down your throat. Overpriced accessories in store compared to online, and they refuse to give paper recipts

the associate setting up my upgrade barely knew what he was doing. he also upcharged my plan without my knowledge or consent. i upgraded AND paid my bill when i went for the upgrade yesterday, yet my Verizon is still saying i owe my last month's bill? i paid it AT the store along with my upgrade fee.that employee and the employees there are so unprofessional and try to snake in extra charges without your knowledge. luckily i know tech enough, as well as check my tabs and accounts before and after carefully (he literally just charged me without saying anything too). didn't show me what he was doing, but was happy to take my card and charge me before he even completed the process. who knows what they're probably doing to other folks (especially a lot of senior citizens who life in my area)? who don't know how to check or that they should check like i did because apparently they're not being honest or upfront and adding in fees.bad business practice, poor experiences every time i've gone to this Verizon now and many times in the past. condescending, standoffish, and dishonest salespersons. hoping i can rectify this myself at home but have no problem passing it along the chain if i can't myself. shame on this location.

Recently came into the store to retrieve an order. The manager was obviously drunk. Watery eyes slurring words. This wasn't an overly tired employee this was without a doubt someone under the influence to be left in charge of the business. Not cool.

Employees are absolutely clueless on how to connect and iPhone to an existing line. I came in with a new iPhone 14 that I bought from Apple and simply wanted to them to connect my number and aim to the new phone. Devin tried to connect it one way and it failed. Her and her manager manager tried to connect it another way and it ended up disconnecting my old one and put my new one in a pending state so I walked out of there having no cell to use at all. All they told me was it could take some time for the new phone to become active. When I asked how long they answered "we don't know, could be 20 mins, could be until 12:00am". When I responded with "so I'm supposed to have have no phone at all for an unknown amount of time?" Devins manager proceeded to say "well you can use your wifi at home". Sorry I choose to leave my house and don't enjoy wasting my time sitting at home all day. Maybe if the 2 employees spent more time focused on the displays that pop up on the phone instead of talking about whether or not they started watching the new season of "you" on Netflix then this wouldn't be an issue. Absolutely useless. I walked in with 0 line problems and a new phone ready to use once connected and walked out with 2 unconnected phone. Great job at sucking at your jobs!

What’s “common sense” is that your employees should learn how to properly address, clarify and redirect your customers. Why do your employees laugh at clients for reasonable inquiries? Your employees should rather be laughing at *themselves* for being so incompetent and poor at their jobs and being unable to control their petty emotions. I feel sorry for Verizon on Boston Rd somehow maintaining a storefront and covering up for bad behavior. Say goodbye to your current clients.

Ive been here for my issue…need help to access my verizon account. And the the guy give me some numbers to call (it was like I annoy he was doing his private stuff? ). After couple hours googling myself and call customer service, my issue is still…To the manager, you should check those employees getting paid for doing their own stuff and not helpful at all to verizon’s customers.Dissapointed!!
