Today I went to the post office to deliver a package and when I went in I completely forgot my mask so the first thing she says to me is "NO MASK NO SERVICE" so I went to car got my mask went back inside and she was not at window so I waited she did not come so I ring bell she yells "I'll be with you in a minute" so I wait maybe 10mins she comes back and says "OH NOWW YOU HAVE A MASK" i replied well wheres ur mask she says "I don't need I have plexy glass and I say to her "nobody is in the building just you and I. you have plexy on one side and so i" She says "Don't be rude I am supervisor and I will not serve you if you are rude to me and I reply i am customer I am not doing anything I just want to send my package so she says I will not take care of you she walks away and begins talking to someone in the back so I ring the bell and she did not come to window so I ring again and she comes back and says I will not service you I said excuse me I am customer I just need to send a package so she says no so she walks away to a door where it access her to where I am at she places a mask on grabs my package hands it to me tells me you need to leave GET OUT opens the door and says GET OUT I said I did nothing wrong she says GET OUT. So I leave and head to another post office. I was so hurt so upset I am a 63 year old woman I always go to this post office without a problem I am very well known in this community for my business around the corner from this post office I cannot believe this service I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully at a post office.

Now I give no stars as am sitting home and the carrier doesn't bother to ring the doorbell to deliver a package that needs to be signed for. He just puts the slip through the slot, makes me sign it and attach it to the door for next day pickup, and then brings it the following day, so now we are talking a three day delay for no reason. Please explain why the postal workers are not following the governor's mandate and wearing masks when delivery mail and making contact with customers. It's ridiculous.

This place has had my package sitting there for 3 full days and it has not moved. I ordered something from California and it arrived here in Massachusetts during that time. Inbred folks working in Springfield

I walked in on the Saturday before Christmas expecting to find the usual grumpy, long-lines, poor service that we have all come to hate about USPS. My mail- including my Christmas packages- had gone missing and were never delivered. I expected to be told to fill out some forms and that my packages were lost. Instead, I found Joe, the manager. Not only did Joe find my 4!! Packages but he figured out why I hadn't been receiving mail for weeks. He did it all with a smile and calm demeanor. It took about 15-20 minutes to figure everything out and there was no attitude, eye rolling, or general dismissiveness we usually see at USPS. I am grateful for that and for for Joe this Christmas. Thanks Joe!
