This location is full of lazy workers especially the black girl she always seems like she don’t want to be there like just fire her and get someone else who actually cares about the job.

As a business owner, customer service is my top priority! 1st time ever stepping IN thIS location. IT was empty the MANAGER heard me walk in n put my packages in front of the window n still stayed sitting on her phone until I ranged the Bell for service. WAS TOTALLY RUDE! N THAN SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER . MY JAW DROPPED. NO WONDER this location has 3 STARS! Never Ever again will I step foot in there again! Matter of facts I'm calling corporate tomorrow. She Also spoke to an 80 to 90 year old man absolutely disgusting! Like I wish I would have rec her tbh. THIS LOCATION NEEDS a new MANAGER

Understaffed and even when sign is show at counter, “be back in 15 Minutes” and you wait they don’t come out. Time shows open till 1:00pm Saturdays on the post office door and they lock the door at 12:00 noon. This is what the USPS does in areas where the people live in low income people. Consumers who live in the area are abused because they are lower income people.

This post office has gone down the drain since this woman started working there. Usually the nicest people work here. This woman is argumentative and rude and she argues with the customers all the time. She's always taking personal calls on the job or outside or telling the customers to wait. The sad thing is that she probably will continue to work there and torment customers. She's unpleasant and for a small community post office where only one person is working usually and a lot of people from the community work there, you'd expect them to hire someone pleasant. This woman needs to be fired. She's literally terrible

I use this post office often and think the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and is usually clean. I always wear my mask and have never had any issues here.

The lady at the front desk kicked me and another customer out until we went and got masks… I don’t mind wearing a mask at all , but the worker wasn’t wearing a mask herself… I’m confused on the policies? Customers have to wear mask but employees don’t ?

So convenient and all the people who work here ate helpful and friendly. Usually only one person at the windows but they get you in and out as quickly as they can.
