“I don't know where to start on how Frank and Tina both went above and beyond to help me. Not just with a car but to even plug me in with a veteran who would help fight for more benefits for me through the VA. Any question I had about the car was answered truthfully and transparently. I purchased out of state and traveled to purchase a car which I got a great deal on. I got an appointment at the Connecticut DMV and after I purchased the vehicle they let me keep it at their dealership for 2 weeks and then drove it to the Connecticut DMV as a courtesy for me so I could put plates on it and just drive it home. 100%. I would definitely consider purchasing an additional vehicle and Frank, the owner is the type of person. If you tell him what you're looking for, he might find you what you're looking for at the auction. The mechanic guy is very helpful and nice. He sent me high resolution pictures of anything I wanted to see while I was interested in the car. These folks are extremely honest. A+”

He was so professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle, and made it so easy to buy the car from him. “My neighbor and I each purchased a car here from Dimitri 3 years ago and both cars still run great. They're bit tough on the negotiating side, but fair. That's the nature of the business. He took care of making sure the car title was changed from salvage to rebuilt and had the car ready for registration in CT. It was registered the day I bought it and I didn't pay until the registration was complete at the DMV. 100% would reccomend. Only thing is when initially looking at the car on craigslist, it said that it had a clean title when really they are rebuilt titles. We cleared that up before test driving anything and the transactions were smooth after that.”

“This review is long time coming. I purchased a minivan 5 months ago in May 2025 from Absolute Motors. I was hesitant about dealing with a small corner car dealership but the vehicle I wanted was a high demand vehicle and I was looking for a while. It was my best car purchase experience ever, even it was a 2 hour drive to get to them for me. They were attentive and honest. They had just gotten the vehicle when I went to see it and had not yet prepped it for sale. When I first saw it they were cleaning it up and sprayed something on the engine that made it look shiny. This originally concerned me as I could not look to see if there were any leaks, but they assured me there were not and showed me where it was parked since arrival to see that there was nothing on the ground. The price they listed the vehicle at was fair. While they would not negotiate on the price, they had a system in place to ensure it was mechanically sound, including changing fluids, and took care of all the things I wanted, including having the navigation system updated at a cost to them. They had no problem with me taking the vehicle for an independent pre-purchase inspection. The vehicle is designed to have run-flat tires so there is no spare tire and no place to store a spare. When they got the car it had newer tires on it but they were not run-flats. I personally don’t like run-flats. I mentioned that I would have to get a spare. When I picked up the car they had put a spare donut tire in it. I have put 10k miles on the vehicle and it is still going strong. I highly recommend Absolute Motors.”
